They are the best in the business. We have used them for over 20 years. They are quick to respond to service calls and always arrive at the appointed time. They definitely stand behind their products and service what they install. This family has been in this business forever and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about replacing, repairing, or servicing their equipment. Lloyd & Cheryl

I began using Goggins when I moved to Prattville from Germany in 1988. Mr. Goggins, the father, was running the business then. He was always fair, trustworthy and professional. In 2002, I moved to Millbrook. After moving, I found out that Goggins did not service the Millbrook area which was a real disappointment for me. So, I signed on with a well known company in Millbrook and they took care of my heating and cooling needs for several years. I can't say that I was disappointed with them but I didn't have that level of trust I had with Goggins. This past Spring, I decided to replace my Heating and Cooling Unit and in the process decided to see if Goggins had expanded its coverage area into Millbrook. I was very happy to find out that did and it was a no brainer for me to have them install the new system. The price was fair, the installation work was first class and the system is working great! I couldn't be more pleased.

Represented all the positive qualities I like to see in a business.

Like everyone else, I have high praise for Goggins. I've used them multiple times for several houses. They have added a couple of employees over the years, but all are competent, professional, and polite. I know enough about AC repair that I can tell they are always honest about the problem and never try to sell me repairs/parts I don't need. In fact, even when I told them my insurance would probably pay for a new AC unit after a house fire if they recommended it, they instead repaired my duct work and old unit to perfect running condition for far less than my insurance adjustor had estimated. It's a small business, so they don't always answer the phone and they don't take credit cards. But they call back promptly and come quickly for urgent issues.

Goggins has always been honest, prompt, and courteous in all my dealings with them. When you call, they are there. I would and do recommend them to anyone who needs repair work done.

We woke up at 3am and the house was HOT. Our air condtioner was not working. My husband called Goggins first thing in the morning. Roy Goggins was wonderful. He had our air back up and working before 10:00 am. They were prompt, polite and more importantly, very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Goggins Heating and Cooling.

My husband is out of town for his two week reserve drill. In the middle of the night I heard dripping from the attic and see a stain on the ceiling. I called Goggins first thing in the morning, hoping they would be able to get to us today (on a Friday). We have used them before and were more than satisfied. They were able to get to us with in an hour of my call. The repairman (Roy!) was fast and professional. Very clearly explained what the problem was and fixed it in in less than an hour. Our 'sanitation drain' was clogged. And the best part? Very reasonable. Whew, now the hubby can come home and paint the stained ceiling! :) Thank you Goggins Heating & Cooling!

You could not find a more courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient company. We came back home from being out of town and our air was not blowing. I called Mr. Goggins and they were at my house withing a couple of hours. They noticed a whole in the coil and did not think that this should be happening to this particular unit. I received a new until the same day - no charges. Not only are they expedient, but very professional in that they can diagnose the problem in order for the manufacture to work out any problems with their products. I would not use anyone else.

It is wonderful to have someone perform work that is professional, courteous and honest. We had our AC/Heating unit replaced and this company did a fantastic job and improved the heating and cooling capacity of our great room that we have not been able to adequately heat or cool for 21 years.

Completely satisfied. AC had frozen up. They came and checked everything, and explained exactly what was going on. Cleaned coils, motors, filters, etc. Men were very professional and took the time to explain everything and why things were happening. I have had dozens of service calls over the years in different houses and places, and I would rate them as the most professional and informative out of them all. I will always call them first.

What a crew very professnal very honest. when you have a problem they are very prompt.I had a bad core they came out and replace it no charge.Roy &Mike are a pair if you have AC problems give them a call you will be glad you did.

These guys are great! They called to tell me they were on their way, and fixed the problem in no time. They were friendly and didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need.

Great company!!! They are a service company that actually does service and repair and they don't try to sell you a new unit unless you need one or want one. They showed up when they said they would. They had me running in less than fifteen minutes after they got here. They repaired what was broke for less than a hundred dollars. Another company said I had a bad compressor and that it would be over $1,500 dollars to replace it or they could sell me a whole new air conditioning and heating system for a lot more. I'm glad a friend told me about them.
