Brought my computer in for repair. Took weeks to get it back and it still wasn't fixed. Had to take it to another shop. Refused to refund my money.

The service took WAY too long and cost WAY too much. I ended up having to do the whole thing over myself and didn't get my money back. The service was terrible.

Didn't tell me how much it was going to cost to fix my problem, even when I asked. Held my hardware hostage, taking weeks to fix. And then charged me more than double what other shops would have. Runs the business out of his parents basement.

I took my hard drive to AAA Computer base on recommendation from PC Laptop last year. AAA Computer told me the drive had a head crash and firm ware problems. Like I know what it means. I was told by another lab the drive was too far gone. I have my entire genealogy and grandma�s journal on it. So I took a chance hoping some miracle will happens. I have forgotten about it until I came across their business card when cleaning my desk. I got my genealogy back and I�m making 3 copies of them this time. It took them 8 months to work on my drive and did not give up on me. Thank you for your time.

I reformat my hard drive accidently. I have some wedding photo gigs on there. I got my data back the very next day. Thanks.
