Charlotte RV and Marine has my greatest respect for boat engine repairs! I brought my boat in for running real rough. I was afraid I was going to have to buy a new motor, but they were able to do everything for about a third of the price of a new motor. Thank you! I could not have afforded a new motor!

We bought a used motor-home there. We know that motor-homes are high-maintenance. We were really pleased that everything worked the way it should when we picked it up. And Gary was very thorough in showing us how to operate everything. We must have taken 2-hours and he was very patient. Good place to buy a used motor-home if you don't want to have to fix it yourself.

Our church-school insurance requires that our buses must receive an annual safety inspection by a qualified garage. We have used Charlotte RV and Marine for 8 years. I am pleased to say that they never try to sell us any repairs that are not necessary.

While we were traveling out West on a 13,600 trip in our motor home, the Onan diesel generator failed. I took it to an RV dealer out West, and they said that it ad to be seized up, and that we needed a new generator that would cost $14,000. We had bought an extended warranty from the big RV "club", but, to make a long story short, they refused to pay to replace the generator. So we made the rest of our trip without using the generator. When we got back home, we took it to Charlotte RV and Marine, they looked at the generator, and said that it was repairable. They must have been much more thorough at describing the cause of the problem and what it would take to fix it, because they got the warranty company to pay to replace the bad components. All I had to pay was my $200 deductible. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Bought a travel trailer from a friend. Thought my 3/4-ton pickup would tow it easily. WRONG! It was all over the road on I-75, scared wife and me! Jeff and Dan installed upgraded load-leveling equipment on truck and trailer. Now the truck rides and handles better on the highway with the trailer behind it than it did when it was just the truck alone!

Pat and Dave ask me if I really wanted to sell my boat, or just "testing the waters" (pardon my pun) When I said "Sell it", they gave me a fair price and it was gone in a couple months. Cool.

They promised to get my upholstery job done in 3- weeks, but it as done in only 2-weeks. I am not used to getting prompt service from tradesmen in Florida. pleasant surprise!

I shopped high and low for the best price for Michelin tires for my 2006 Essex motor home. It has 8 - tires, so it was worth the 1- hour drive from Naple to Charlotte RV and Marine in Port Charlotte. They balanced them perfectly. I made an appointment so the tires were installed while I waited. They said I could have hooked - up and spent the night, but that wasn't necessary.

They always have the parts I need, or order it and get it just a few days. Prices are as good as any. The parts guys are very knowledgeable, not like in Fort Myers (I don't want to use the other companies names)

The convertible top on my Corvette needed to be replaced. Most shops charge extra for a Corvette, no matter what it needs, You charged a fair price. The service was excellent, I got in back in one day. And the technician was very friendly, but I can't remember his name. sorry.

Wow! I wish I had gotten my sofa reupholstered years ago. Sue helped me pick out a new fabric and it really changed the appearance. They picked it up and delivered it and the total bill was quite reasonable.

To be frank, I will only take my RV to this company. I have been a regular customer for some time now and the customer service I receive has always been top notch. My RV always comes back to me looking like new and I know they treat it as if it were their own. Thank you so much Charlotte RV and Marine.

I just want to thank you again for all your kindness. You went out of your way to help us when you didn’t have to. Our RV was in desperate need of attention because we had to take a trip to a family reunion and you went out of your way to rearrange your schedule to take care of it. I will never forget what you did for us.

What a nice establishment you have and what a great venue for boat owners to sell their boats! Mark, my salesman, was great. I started my own business and ran it for 35 years before retiring to Punta Gorda over a year ago, so I do have a good understanding of business. Folks like you at Charlotte Marine and RV really go the extra mile to take care of your people. The boat and trailer I bought from you are exceptional and were delivered within 6 days of purchase. Very happy with your staff and the quality of service I received.

I knew from day one when I came in with my daughter you were sincere when you told us you would help me and my RV. In today’s world not many people really care anymore! It’s all about them and the money. You are definitely “different” and I want you to know how much I appreciate your help. I will never forget the confidence you tried to instill in me that we would “get ‘er done.” As a result I would never hesitate to make a referral for a nano-second. I also believe in “Universal Law.” You get back what you give out. Therefore lots of good things are in store for you! Again and again my thanks and appreciation.

Just a quick note of thanks for all your hard work in giving our rig a much needed face lift, it never looked so good! It was something we had been wanting to do for the past 2 years and because of the great deals you gave us, we were finally able to. These guys were the great as far as selling the boat.. Now that said , the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced...

As of today 02/12/2013 I still have not been paid for a boat that was sold on 1/11/2013.. I was almost never called.. I had to go in or call about everything on the boat ...

I never got calls returned I was never left messages nothing.. the boats gone to the new owner the marina has there money the bank has there's I have nothing...

I was told I would be paid within 10 working days of the sale of the boat... you can do the math its been way more then 10 working days.....its been over 1 month

calendar days... So in my opinion I would save your self the $1000.00 like I was charged for selling the boat and sell it your self these guys were no help to me Im now told another week before I get my money.. I highly do NOT recommend this place for consignments unless you can wait months to get your money 10 thumbs down...

I want to thank you for your work on my recently purchased Bayliner. I was glad to see you guys go out of your way to earn my satisfaction and adhere to your commitments, not to mention standing behind the stuff you sell.

I wanted to let everyone reading this know that we greatly appreciate the staff at Charlotte RV and Marine because of the excellent results of them taking care of us after they sold us an RV. We will be recommending them to anybody who asks of our experience with them after we purchased our Winnebago.
