i visited Petland two weeks ago for the first time, prior to that i called to find out the price of a certain puppy, they wouldnt discuss it over the phone, i felt this was a bit odd, we went in to look around and ended up taking a beautiful pup home. The staff was nice, a bit pushy asking constantly if i would like to take the dog home,prices are high indeed..but you can apply for financing. I read many negative reviews about Petland, which only leaves me to hope that my dog came from a good breeder and will grow up to be happy and healthy, i would recommend this to whoever loves animals and doesnt care where they come from, go to Petland,buy a puppy, make yourself happy!!

If you are as crazy about your pet as I am I would strongly recommend you give Petland a try. You won't be disappointed.

I never realized why people told me not to purchase a pet from a place like this. Unfortunately I have found out why, the puppy I purchased has had many health problems, costing us money and emotional stress. I would never give this little guy up he is part of the family now. But I warn people against purchasing animals from a business that does this strictly for profit! Do your homework first, they claim to only purchase from reputable breeders, simply not true, it's all about the money. Our little one seems to be ok now, but that is after thousands of dollars and heartache.

ok. im giving this one star because the staff isnt properly trained especially with the big birds. my boyfriend and i went into there looking to buy the congo african gray( which the price was way too outrageous anyways. its a 900 bird all day long) anyways the last time we went(cash in hand mind you) the bird was completely plucked. super nippy and obviously stressed. its sad to see a bird go through that and obviously they shouldnt have the big birds and stay with the cockatiels. -_- never going back. would prefer to go to petco anyways(at least i can go there without smelling like a zoo when coming back out)

The staff is poorly trained (with one exception.) They don't even know their own policies when it comes to payments, financing, or even options on their own website. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was lied to by employees. They went to the back and pretended to talk to the manager, when one wasn't even in the store. Even though I was looking to purchase a $1300 puppy, it seemed as if they were only interested in rushing me out of the store when I asked for some kind of resolution for being told multiple wrong store policies.

A few weeks ago I gave Petland a try. The first thing I noticed was their amazing select of food, toys and treats.

I really loved this store. it had a really nice and clean atmosphere. Natalie was a huge help. Very knowledgeable and very kind, a huge asset to the company. Thanks again.

Everyone was extremely friendly. I like the service here because everyone is very helpful. It's a nice place to visit once in awhile.

Everyone who has ever been behind the counter has been extremely friendly and eager to help. On our first visit, the staff recommended a dog food based on our individual pet and we have never strayed from their recommendation.

Excellent customer service! I love coming here to see all the animals. The employees are really nice about it too and if I want to play with a puppy, they have no problem with it. Seems like they really enjoy their job.

The staff is very friendly and pleasant along with knowledgeable. I know if I ever have questions about my pet, they'll be able to help me.

Staff was super nice! Puppies were super cute! Great experience and lots of great advice. I love coming in so much that the staff have started to greet me by my first name. Can't get any better than that :)

We have always had a great experience at Petland. We have bought many pets from this store and they're all perfect!

They were very helpful when I came in to set up my first fish tank. They have a variety of fish to choose from and a ton of accessories for my tank that I really liked.

Your staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. We came in looking for fish and we ended up coming home with our first big aquarium. Looking forward to more visits to fill up our tank with!
