I went here to get a new or used car and they got me in a 2013 Dodge Dart with no credit. Everyone here is very friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here for a new or used car.

December 2013 We bought a 2007 Town and Country. We bought an extended warranty that was supposed to be an additional 10 year or 100,000. We bought the warranty as my husband was concerned with the heated seats, entertainment system, all the power seats and doors. The lady that sold us the warranty assured us that the vehicle would be completely covers for the additional 10 years or an additional 100,000 miles which ever comes first. No problems with warranty and the staff was great and very nice until December 2015 when the tail gate quit working and I take it in to be fixed at first there was no problems Kim in service had pulled up the warranty info and on the paper it says warranty begin miles 61965 end miles 161965. after awhile Kim comes back and says that the warranty is expired and there was a typo that the vehicle is only covered to 100,000 miles. This makes no sense as the paper work says differently so we leave and I call to speak with owners and finally get a call back from Andy Haasz who seems to really want to make things right but with the New Year holiday he would look into the problems and call me back on Monday January 4, 2016 he offered to either get the warranty to cover for the remaining time or get me traded out to a new vehicle with the same payments. I am still waiting for that call from Andy it is now January 7, 2016 I have called and left Andy a message to please call me. Haasz is going to fix my tailgate but this vehicle still needs to be covered for the remaining time or we need to be traded in for a new vehicle.

They will tell you anything to get in the showroom, then hang on for the ride (and the ride isn't in a car ).

Here is my experience: I spent over 2 hours sitting in a cold showroom while 'they' tried to work out numbers. I couldn't sit there any longer and finally left. I no sooner get home then I get a call that the sales manager had come up with a 'grand deal'. Sorry but you should have come up with that 'grand deal' while I was there not after I drive 45min back home. The dealership was not busy, in fact I saw a young couple sitting as long as I was, they were still sitting there when I left. In my opinion questionable ethics.

First time customer here and it was indeed a great experience. I was surprised at how simple and smooth the process was, it didn't take all day like I anticipated. Mike and Andy were amazing to work with and I am happy with my purchase. They have a honest warm polite staff and they keep their word. I didn't feel pressured at all when I was at the lot and I received the vehicle we wanted.

Special shout out to Andy. I didn't feel like we were getting special treatment it looked like that's how they treated all of their customers.

Found a truck on their website and decided to go take a look at it. Was greeted by Jeff Bender who was very knowledgeable in answering my questions I had. We took the truck out for a test drive came back and within a hour or so it was a done deal. I was very pleased with the whole transaction and would definitely recommend Haasz Automall to my friends.

I travels over 50 miles to look at a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I saw online. I was greeted out side By Geno Gordon and could instantly sense his friendly personality. The Jeep was in great condition and the deal we made was awesome, But what sealed the deal was the was Geno treated my mother and I through out the whole visit. I am a student and my situation was a little more difficult to work around and Tyler and his coworkers at Haasz really went above and beyond to help not only get one of the cars I've wanted for years but also at a price that was right for me. Each and everyone at Haazs took the time help me find what I needed and helped me with any questions along the way (first car purchase). They were all friendly, patient and did more then enough to make sure I was happy and satisfied! I would definitely recommend making a stop here if you were looking for a vehicle, they will find a car perfect for you as well!

My experience with Haasz was very pleasant. I went in hoping to purchase my first newer car and left the dealership later that day with a car that I absolutely love. At no point during the time that I was there did I feel pressured in any way to purchase. I will definitely be referring people there!

I have been through many auto buying experiences in my life but this was the best experience I have had with an auto dealer. My wife and I went there expecting to be going home in our original car and the salesman - John Reed was a professional, non-pressuring, pleasant guy to work with. We purchased a Ram 2500 that night. We brought the truck back to check on back tire sensors and received a full check up and an update to the truck computer. (The sensors weren't bad. I didn't know the back tires required more air.) Our trip to the dealership was definitely worthwhile. My wife and I would come to Haasz again and will recommend them to our friends and family. Thanks John!

Even though my credit is somewhat impaired, Christy showed many choices and took her time explaining all my options. They got me into a newer sporty car that fits my budget.
