Provided by YP.comDO NOT use this place. I took my sewing machine here. When I got it back, I opened the case and found that one of the knobs had been broken off. When I took it back, they guy told me "oh yeah, I forgot to tell you. When the repair main opened the case it was broken off." When I said it was intact when I packed it up he told me it must have broken off while I transported it to the shop. That is impossible since I opened the case when I brought it in to she him what was wrong with is. No knobs were broken off a that time. He didn't apologize and didn't offer to fix it. The only thing he said was that he could see if he could order the part from the manufacturer but I'd still have to pay for everything.
He didn't apologize or offer to find a solution. So I paid $50 to have my machine cleaned and returned to me broken.
It could have broken off on the transport home, we have no control over that. We make every effort to resolve issues, we take pride in our "word of mouth" advertising. I regret that a better result was not achieved, and we are sorry for that. 25+ years of satisfied customers prove our dedication to that.
