Yesterday I popped into Dallas Roadster to see what they had in inventory as I was starting to get the itch for a new ride. There is was... on the showroom floor... shining bright like a diamond, a beautiful Grey Metallic C-Class Mercedes loaded with tech toys. Ben and Nick approached me with smiling faces and showed me what this ride was all about. I fell in love! an hour later I found myself buying a new car. This is my 2nd Mercedes purchase from Dallas Roaster. I have had incredible service with Dallas Roadster in the past and now with Nick. He was detailed in giving me the information needed, the buying process was stress free and the turn around for car detailing was fast! I highly recommend any of my friends, family or anyone reading this review that is serious about a new car purchase, to put Dallas Roadster on the top of your list.

Do one transaction with Dallas Roadster and you will never buy or sell a used car with any other dealer, ever. Walk on the lot, shake hands with Patrick and point to a few cars you would like to see. Patrick will run around and start cars for you so they are nice and cool by the time you get in for a look-see. Patrick will make sure you also have cold ice water in your hands the whole time you are shopping. No hard sell. Let me repeat, no hard sell. If you like a car, they are happy to get you in that vehicle, period. Next step, ask for Larry to help you with financing. Larry moved mountains for our unique financial situation and gave us a)more for our trade-ins then anyone else b) great financing terms and rates c) such a great deal, we traded two cars and bought two cars. Dallas Roadster is a family company and anything you need, Ben A. or Ben K. will get done for you so long as it is legal and fair. Their inventory of fine used cars is elite. Cars are hand picked by the family. If your looking for high end car without new sticker price tag that will not immidiately depreciate when you drive off the lot, go so Patrick and Larry. Tell them Cory said they are terrific!

I have purchased 4 cars from Dallas Roadster, each time I had an excellent experience. Larry always provides excellent customer service, and a fair price. He has been with Dallas Roadster for a long time because of his ability to get the best deal for the customer. He explains everything to me clearly, and listens to what I want in a car. As a female customer I am confident that he is not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of the car business. I have referred my friends to also buy cars from Larry. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. We were on a time frame and they got us in and out as we needed. It was a great used car buying experience. We are waiting on our tags which I assume will be here as they promised in a timely manner.
