Excellent and Professional! I would highly recommend using them. A 5 star rating from beginning to end.

My wife and I used Ballard Enterprises LLC to trim our large sycamore tree in front of our townhouse. The branches were creeping into our neighbor's areas, hanging too low, and touching our roof. We are extremely impressed with the quality of work performed. We were very happy Paul Fox who came to provide us with our estimate. He was very professional and sold us on their company. We had received other quotes, and Ballard kept to their word that they would price match if it was a reputable company. Unfortunately it did take longer than quoted for the work to get done, and the company was not super responsive when we reached out, but now that the work is done, we are very much pleased and would absolutely use Ballard Enterprises again in a heart beat. Like some other reviewers, I had to wait a few weeks to get the work done. They did a good job.

I used Ballard Enterprises to remove all of the dead branches from a very large oak tree, clean up a very large broken branch, and remove all of the debris. The estimator, office staff and crew were extremely professional and quoted a competitive price. I would use certainly use them again.

The estimator and crew were extremely professional, did exactly what they quoted, and cleaned up the area extremely well. Should I need further tree work I wouldn't hesitate to use Ballard again.

We had dealt with Ballard a few years before and found that they were the only ones that cared to try and save an old oak. They also cabled a maple tree to secure it. Recently they came out to cut a broken limb and re-secure the cabling - had to wait a bit "in the queue", they are a popular business - but nice job, fair price.

Ballard cleaned up my jungle-like backyard by taking out "volunteer" trees and pruning some very old, overgrown crepe myrtles. Price was very good but even better was the service, from Tracy in the office to Tim Ballard, and from the estimator to the hard-working gentlemen who worked non-stop. Work was carried out well within the time frame quoted and everything taken out was removed from the property. Thank you!

I would give Ballard Tree Services my highest ratings! They were very professional, punctual and efficient, and gave us a competitive price. The actual work was very well done, with the latest in tree removal machinery and expert employees. I got three estimates, but Ballard worked with me to get the best rate. They told me they were booked for a few weeks, but I said I was concerned because the tree was large and rotted. Tracy, the office manager, checked the estimate, which listed the tree as "hazardous." She talked to a few people, and they were able to come out the next day.

After making an appointment with Ballard, I delete with Paul Fox who quoted me for several tree removals. I compared prices and professionalism and chose to go with Ballard. Their personnel showed up on time and removed my trees as scheduled.

Only one hiccup in the process was with the removal of all the tremendously large pieces of my trees.

After almost a week, these large oversize pieces remain at my curb for pick-up.

I would like to say the experience was almost flawless.

Ballard did a great job removing two large dogwood tree's that were leaning over my house. Tim was knowledgeable about the job and gave us many options, including what to look for when getting offers from competition. The job was done while I was at work and everything looked great. The crew took down another hanging branch and cleaned the front of the house of other debris. I'd use again and recommend to anyone looking for tree removal service.

These are first-class tree service professionals. They removed a couple dead and hazardous trees close to my home and garage with the work done quickly, on schedule. The utmost care and safety was evident in all phases of the work. Their tools and techniques and the skill and experience of the crew were awesome to observe. Perhaps the best part was the clean-up, with sawdust and firewood logs the only thing left behind. I certainly recommend Ballard for any tree work you need!

Spoke with a Gentleman on the phone (believe his name was Tim). He was very informative about the small job I needed done (small stump removal). After discussing the work over the phone he was honest about not having the small equipment necessary to do the job, but still gave me other options and a price point to consider with other contractors - a class act in my opinion.



If I ever need any other type of work done involving trees, I'd be sure to give these guys a call again.
