When I hired the Law Office of Heather Cullen I went to court on an emergency hearing and immediately got sole legal and physical custody of my children as well as exclusive use of my home. My case was extremely expensive. I spent a lot of money in a short amount of time. I thought Heather was too expensive so I replaced her with a different attorney. Within one week the opposing party took me back to court and attacked me with his attorney – without Heather to defend me, I lost custody of my children and ended up with visitation. Heather is a great attorney. She is assertive and takes control of her cases. I was impressed with her and her entire office. Significant attention to detail was reflected in all of my court documents as well as my final settlement. Small issues that I would have easily missed if representing myself (or maybe even represented by another attorney) were reviewed with me and ultimately addressed in my final judgment. My case involved division of many assets (including homes and a family business), custody and support issues.
