I had a wonderful experience with Riverside Personnel. From the very beginning, the staff members were helpful and supportive. You can tell that they all really care about the applicants and employees. I'd been looking for a job for a couple of months and hadn't had any success. I'm so glad I went to Riverside Personnel, the're nice to work with and they found me a great job!

Everyone here is very friendly and really puts effort into finding you work! I've really appreciated what they've done for me during the job search, and every assignment I had was really pleasant. I even met a handful of permanent employees who had found their jobs through temp assignments at RPS! I absolutely recommend them.

I love Riverside Personnel Services! In 2006, they placed me with a great company and negotiated an excellent salary for me. After a couple of years, I left that position to go back to school only to graduate in a tough job market. I went back to RPS and they have done a great job with keeping me busy during the current recession. If it wasn't for them, I would have lost my car. I have been consistently working in temp positions while searching for permanent employment...and they brought me an offer for a permanent position at another great company. They are the nicest people and genuinely care!

The people at Riverside Personnel really care about finding you a good job that is a great fit for both the employer and the prospective employee. During my lay-off they worked very hard to find me a job. Catina Mount has been a joy to work with. I would highly recommend anyone looking for an agency.

I applied online and received a prompt phone call. I scheduled an interview and test for the following day and within a week they had matched me with a long-term assignment. These ladies are professional and friendly.

I have turned to Riverside Personnel Services a few times in the last few years and they have never been anything less than stellar. RPS isn't just trying to find you a job, they're striving to find you a perfect match for what you are seeking. They really take the time to get to know your needs to make sure they find just the perfect fit. Their knowledgeable consultants are friendly, service oriented, and easy to work with. Riverside Personnel Services (RPS) is the job search help we all want to have but hope it will never be needed. First of all, they specialize in office jobs and accounting, nothing else. Second, their customer service is fabulous. Not just for their clients, but more importantly for their employees! Third, RPS is a company who cares about the service they provide. Finding a job is rough enough without being just another resume - and they are fun! These people are wonderfully professional and always have a smile for you.
