I had to have a car with sunroof had to be black or silver and Morris went out of his way to make sure we looked and test drove every car that I liked. I can not express his professionalism and honesty. We got the best deal in our trade in also which helped us be in the best financial payment that would fit our budget. For the past 35 yrs I have had the pleasure of owning several Mercedes Benz vehicles.
I currently own a Mercedes Benz GLE and a E class.
For the past couple years, Austin Schneider has been my Service Advisor at Walters Mercedes Benz. From my experience, Austin is the best in the business. He has always gone the extra mile to make sure anything I need is taken care of. Austin has great communication and customer skills. He is very courteous, personable, knowledgeable, and always professional.

When we leased our Mercedes from you the sales rep told us we would get a tax credit from leasing a GLC350e vehichle. After we finished our lease our rep even called me to remind me about my tax credit next year and to be sure to give him a good survey review for his work effort . We just did our taxes and were told we would not get a tax credit. I have never been so upset over being conned into leasing a vehicle and when i called back today to talk to my sales rep, he denied saying that to me. We even asked to speak with his manager and all she said was she was sorry. I will never lease a vehicle from Mercedes again. I was a 12 year customer and have purchased or leased several vehicles from Mercedes in the past from Mercedes Benz of Riverside. The sales rep who lied to me was Jin Lee.

I had my car serviced and Cody Burt was my advisor. The service was easy, my car got washed for free, it was a great experience.

Always first class maintenance, repairs, and service at Walter's. My technical adviser, J. R. Rodriguez, explains what needs to be done and keeps me updated on the progress. This is why I have had my Mercedes vehicles maintained by Walter's since 1980.

Mike Sales is great! He was patient and he didn't rush us while we were trying to make important decisions. He spent the entire day helping us and test driving vehicles. My service advisor, Brandon, was aware of what kind of service I was in for, asked what could we help you with today, made suggestions and was willing to work with me every step of the way. His honesty is what impressed me the most. A loaner car was made available to me as well as several phone calls to let me know about the progress of my E350.
