I just want you to know that it would be nice if you have hazard insurance for people who buy brand new tires from you. I did and had a problem to find out at that time I didn't have any hazard insurance. This didn't me happy. So I want to inform you this should happen for all.Even if it isnt a new car. I bought it from there. The tires to.

It was terrible. Im sorry to say my wife and i purchased our used Escape with the extended warranty and the service department couldnt do any thing about the rear hatch functioning correctly.

My salesperson, Burt Lyons was fantastic. Very lively, very happy, and very eager to help me find what I needed. We test drove a few options even though I wasn't totally sure on what I wanted and if a Ford was even right for me. He was very helpful in helping me decide what features I want/need in a vehicle.

It was very pleasant. I shopped for a car for a few month at several dealerships but I had some credit issues and I was trying to repair them. I had let every dealership know that up front also let them know I why. But no one wanted to help no matter how much I was putting down. But than I found a car I liked at Cortese went in talk to Tom very glad I did not only did I get the car but I let them know what I wanted for interest rate they bet it and got me a great warranty on it. Sure glad I didn't give up. I will most definitely be purchasing my next car from them no need to go anyplace else. Thank you

no complaint with Cortese not happy Ford has to use sub-par parts for brakes and then they squeal.

I got a used truck from them about 5 mounths ago with the extended warrnty . Well the other day i broke down and had my truck towed to the ford store . I called them this morning and the guy at the ford service dept had no info about the truck or warrenty on file . So i called the salesman up and he was no help just saying i need to call another person who sold the warrenty. Well after calling him up he gives me the info and tells me now to call the ford service dept up and give them the info....... i spent 20,000 plus already on the truck and now they are getting more doing work on my truck and they cant even take the time to make a few calls for me. Also on top of it all, i havent heard from them yet tonight to see whats ging on , so i ran over to find the truck on the side ( not fenced in ) and unlocked ! So now here i sit with no car and no loaner car. I would not recomend the service at all !

my son broke down and had to have his car towed here. A wheel bearing was replaced ,with the total bill costing $427.00, the labor was 260.00. He was at the shop an hour, hour and a half tops. When he questioned the labor cost he was told it was a flat fee that was charged for that job! With labor being about $85 and hour i think Cortese made out pretty good! Never will take another vehicle here or advise anyone else to!
