The rep greeted me and explained the application. He was not our usual rep, but he appeared friendly and professional.

The people that have been taking care of the yard are very professional and courteoues. No problems from your team at all.

I wasn't home but I received a courtesy call to tell me they were coming. Lawn looks great so they must have done a good job.

The lawn looks great. I had no problem rescheduling the application from last week to this week due to leaves. Specialist (David Schlosser) was very friendly and knowledgeable. He mentioned the ice melt product which I needed especially after last winter. It'll save me a trip to the store and it's probably a better product.

Lawn is getting much needed face lift. Lawn is showing much improvement. We had Trugreen many years before and were happy then and even happier now. Your company has worked $$$ that we can afford and the customer service has been very enjoyable to work with. We did appreciate the senior citizen discount that we were offered and gladly accepted. Our specialist has been very helpful and able to answer our questions. He has been a pleasure to work with!

I didn't see anything, only the little yellow signs on my lawn let me know that you had been there. Oh, yes, there was also a small package of literature on the front door telling me what had been done.

Our lawn looks great, thick and green.Service personnel are very professional. The office staff is very responsive to our requests.

The service was quick and effective. Our lawn and trees look very healthy especially considering the long hard winter we experienced.

Sorry, we missed the specialist both times. It seems they've done a good job because the lawn looks great. They came on schedule, no weeds and cutting grass about every 4-6 days. Thanks TruGreen !

We have a new lawn, with our newly built home. The first two summers produced a yard with a high weed content, which had been difficult to get under control. We have kids that use the yard, so grass "like we used to know" was important to us, so we chose to give TruGreen a shot. The grass is very lush, with some minor weeds now that the lawn is established, and we have been happy with the employees of Trugreen that service our yard. We do own a small stretch of lawn on the other side of our backyard fence, and I have to remind the service folks to treat that, because if I don't it's hit or miss. We don't use that part of the lawn, but I still have to mow it, so no weeds there are important to me.

Greg was here for the first time...very knowledgeable and polite......fast and detailed work....a few weeds i was concerned about and he took care of them....

We are very satisfied with our service. The representative servicing our lawn has been very helpful and has answered all of our questions.

I have been with TruGren for many years and I can count on one hand the times I have been disappointed. At that time ,the problem was quickly resolved. Visitors and neighbors comment on now terrific our lawn looks.

I was not pleased with the service for the amount of money that goes into their presentation the results do not reflect quality.

They are the ones that are suppose to be the experts on what it takes to make the lawn look good. This year a will just hire a private worker. One who will take pride in their name and service.

I had a concern as to the lawn application which was supposed to be applied was, in fact, applied. I called the branch office(at 424-6330) asking for someone to come back to inspect the job. They said they would send the same employee, the same one whose veracity I am questioning, to inspect the job. That made no sense to me. I was told no one else was available to do the inspection. I asked to speak to the branch manager, Ken Terhar, to plead my concern. I was told he was on vacation and it was unknown when he would return. I now have a call into corporate. In all fairness I have not confirmed that I did not receive the application. My complaint lies in the dismissive and unresponsive manor my concern was addressed.
