We used Clear Defense at our home in Charlotte and hired them to take care of our new residence in Indian Land. They do what they say they will do. We haven’t had any pest/bug issues since hiring Clear Defense. Their technicians are always professional and courteous. Guy H was the most recent tech I had come to do our quarterly service and he went above and beyond my expectations cleaning out cob webs all around the exterior of my home. He did an outstanding job and touched base with me prior to starting and reported results to me when he finished his treatment and inspection. I highly recommend Clear Defense and Guy H.

Today John Oliva came out to replace a broken top on one of my termite traps.
John was very courteous and friendly.
He not only replaced the broken top but he also reinspected all 18 traps.... he definitely went above and beyond all my expectations

Guy from Clear Defense performed the initial service today and he was awesome. Such a nice friendly behavior and had detailed knowledge of what he was doing.

Had a bug problem at my house due to the hot summer and called Clear Defense and they sent Bob out the very next morning. Bob was professional, thorough and did a great job, even with some obstacles. I have been a customer with Clear Defense for several years now and I definitely recommend them!

Been using this company for years. I had a problem with a new technician coming and refusing to address my problems so then they sent Guy out!! I was in a crisis due to other techs doing nothing, and he found where my problem was and had great knowledge about all of my concerns.
I hope I get Guy every time!!

ClearDefense Pest Control has been a mainstay in my pest control routine every year. They have great expertise, their products work very well, and their staff is awesome to work with. Dylan T came by today for our regular service and once again went the extra mile in identifying a few problem areas that have emerged since the last treatment. He treated them and told me to expect a follow up call to check in on the status of that treatment. What more could you want. Great company, great people and the best service.

I've been using clear defense for a couple of years now, and they always do a wonderful job. Our bugs are gone. John and Austin are very responsive and diligent with their work. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

I’ve been using clear defense for almost a year now. I still have not seen a spider web on the back of my house since they started. Bob Fluellen was the service technician that came out yesterday, he was extremely professional and thorough. I highly recommend them for your pest control needs. A+ service thanks again.

Great experience working with Adam at Clear Defense. Excellent customer service and great attitude!! He went above and beyond and took care of some hornet burrows near my street. Very knowledgeable in his trade and came out on Saturday. Would recommend them to anyone looking for 5 star pest control company.

I have been use Clear Defense Pest Control for a while now and am very please with them. Today Bob and Austin came by for my regular quarterly visit and as always took very good care of me.
From when they first arrived and knocked on my door they showed how they really wanted to handle any and all of my pest issues. They asked if I had any concerns that I wanted to be addressed and explained how they were going to go about it.
When completed they again knocked on my door and made sure they went down the list of my concerns I had and what they did to mitigate those concerns.
One issue was a small ground bees nest that they took care of and committed to coming back to check on it. They let me know the time line I should expect for the treatment to work so that I would understand when or if I should be concerned.
I would highly recommend Clear Defense and certainly Bob and Austin for their services but almost as important their communication skills.

Cleardefense came by for my pest control services. I asked Thomas P to treat my interior for a few little bugs I had seen. While he was there he found a mouse issues that I am having that I had no clue about. It freaked me out a little bit I won’t lie, but he assured me that he will get it taken care of. Thank you!
