the whole staff in the RGA office is excellent,from the ladies up at the front to the ladies in the patient room. We love this place and everyone in it ;0

Dr. Vernon has been the best doctor I've had when it comes to my illness. It has been a wild ride, but her decision making and expertise makes me feel comfortable coming here.

Listens well to concerns and is wanting to get to the reason for the symptoms. Has a clear plan and trust in her decisions.

she gave me good news and expressed how happy she was for me, congratulated me, went through the things i have done right and how much of a difference it has made for me. Yay.....im leaving a very happy girl today and it always helps to be treated with kindness, compassion and true excitement for the patient. Thank you so much!

From the check-in through the Diagnosis, all was excellent. Made one feel at ease. Receptionist was wonderful too.

Dawn knew exactly what I needed from looking at my history with her. She explained to me that what was working before is what I needed to be on and not what my family dr. said. I really appreciate her looking at my file and seeing me as a me as a person and not as a number.
