Being a first time home buyer, I have run into the unexpected many times. Home inspection can make or break a deal. I was referred to HTI Home Inspection by my Realtor and couldn't be happier. The inspection was flawless and only took an hour and a half. Ron went through every detail about the condo with me. Very thorough and if/when I move again, I will be calling him I highly recommend HTI Home Inspections.

Ron Roman is a pleasure to work with; very professional but still laid back and with a great sense of humor. You can tell he really cares about the work he is doing and the people he inspects for. He makes himself available to answer questions before, during, and after the inspection and always responds very promptly. He recently inspected a condo in a building of questionable construction quality. I was able to set up the inspection for just a few days after contacting him. He made sure to address all of my specific concerns as we walked through the condo to complete the inspection. I would definitely recommend HTI Home Inspection to others, and will be happy to use him in the future if I ever need another inspection.

A friend referred me to HTI Home Inspection. I was impressed with Ron Roman. I used HTI twice with a great outcome both times. Ron inspected a house (the money pit which i did not not buy) and my condo. I knew from the first called made to inquire about services and the time he took to explain the process he would undertake, that he was customer focused, responsive, honest and flexible (not to mention very passionate about his work. knowledgeable and experienced) I can report I wasn't disappointed and that he delivered on his promise plus more. The inspection was extremely thorough. He walked me through and answered all questions patiently with very helpful answers and explained his findings. I highly recommend him.

I had the good luck of locating HTI Home Inspections two years ago. Ron is top notch and doesn't miss a trick. We needed an inspection on a family rental property fast. Ron worked with our tight schedule and came out the next day.



He was not only competitively priced but also the most thorough building inspector I have ever worked with. He took time to explain each issue in great detail. And he saved us thousands of dollars by spotting a potential problem before it got away from us. Highlty recommend him!

Ron Roman of HTI Home Inspections was great. He arrived early and did a very thorough inspection. His report was extensive. He let me follow him around asking questions and he pointed out every little detail that could be a potential issue down the road.

I hired HTI to attend the walk through of my house before closing in order to help me identify any major issues and any items to include on a punch list for the builder to complete. Ron Roman was very professional and identified numerous issues that needed to be addressed before closing. Had I not hired HTI, I would have closed with various items not identified that I would have most likely had to fix on my own in the future. I would definitely recommend Ron of HTI to anyone looking for a home inspector. HTI is well worth the money for the peace of mind and quality inspection you receive.

As a real estate broker, I've seen my fair share of outstanding inspectors and my fair share of awful inspectors. HTI Home Inspections/Ron Roman is definitely among the best I've seen.



I recently called Ron because I needed to schedule a quick inspection. Given Ron's enthusiastic referrals from other agents, I was confident that he would be good. And he definitely delivered! He is thorough & methodical...and above all, he has a knack for explaining to buyers how the major features and systems of their new home function.

Ron Roman inspected a home we are buying and was absolutely fantastic. He talked a lot and was very thorough. We are first time homebuyers, so he gave us a complete rundown on everything - including what we should do for maintenance. Even our broker (who has been a home owner for many years) commented on how much she learned from the inspection.

Ron from HTI was great. Very thorough, professional, and honest. I read that there were some communication issues with this company and with Ron, but honestly, we did not have any of these issues. He emailed, called, and spoke with us and our realtor to confirm dates and times he would be there. He did a radon test as well as a home inspection. The house actually had two inspections (long story) and he caught a few things that the original inspector didn't. Perhaps HTI followed up with some reviews and fixed some of the issues others were dealing with from them because we had absolutely no issue. I think that some things may have changed due to negative reviews and that is a good thing. We highly recommend. :)
