I love this store! They always go the extra mile to make sure I have what I want. Their meat and bakery departments are particularly great. If only they'd add e-Cart!

I love shopping at this grocery store!! They have the best produce around. The employees are always helpful and friendly. Although they are a little more expensive than some "discount" grocery store, the quality of their produce and meats make it worth it!!!

This place has very friendly customer service and is always willing to help you find something if needed. They are going through a remodel and they still have stayed clean and organized!

Just sent a package to my daughter and didn't have a bag or box to mail it in. The cashier at the postal center in belair was very helpful in suggesting the least expensive way to send it.

Bel Air always has friendly service. They will stop what they are doing to help you out...often they will actually walk you to where you need to go.

I have choices when it comes to shopping for my groceries. I love the convenience, the meats are always fresh, and I like that I am always greeted, asked if I need help and feel like I am a valued customer.

My neighborhood market. Has everything a normal big market would have. They are redoing the floor and it looks really nice. People that work here are very helpful.

BelAir has been my supermarket of choice ever since it came to Roseville. Their personnel are always friendly and helpful. Although it is smaller than some other local grocery stores, they still manage to carry a wide variety of products in both name and store brands. Their produce and meats are always fresh and of excellent quality. I really appreciate the extra services they offer, like the postal substation and the deli. It is great to pick up a prepared meal so that I don't have to cook after doing the shopping. I also appreciate the fact that they will order in products that they do not regularly carry.

Bel Air market always has whatever I need. They always recognize me as a long time customer. They realize my time is valuable and get me on my way in a timely manner. I have my prescription there as well and they always call when it is ready. Love that.

Clean, organized and well stocked. Always have what I am looking for and always use my reward points!

I shop local, and am a faithful customer. Sometimes lately there are just NOT enough checkers on the line. And recently, the staff changes seem to be affecting service. I saw one of my favorite old checkers at the Stanford Ranch to remember the service that Bel Air at Sunrise & Cirby was known for. The sharp young man in Produce is an absolute winner on the team, and the Pharmacy's service continues to meet my needs. I know that times are tough, and change comes, but we cannot lose sight of our customer service in order to maintain loyalty. I do confess, at times, I sneak over to Raley's on Douglas from time to time. Still shopping local of course!

Altho I've shopped there weekly for sevral years I didn't have the telephone #. The store was recently enlarge,

almost doubled I would guess. Nice place to shop.

This store is constantly trying to improve its look and services. I consider it a "neighborhood" store that carries everything I'll ever need in the grocery (and other) department.
