I have worked both with Robert and Matt, at an additional puppy purchase. May 2013 and then again today. Both of these individuals are attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly- they both make purchases through Petland a great experience.

I bought my puppy here a few months ago and I must say this store is head and shoulders above any other place I've visited. They answered every question I had, They had all the breeder information along with pictures of my Puppy's Parents, he came with a free vet visit and a written warranty, he came with a training DVD that was actually useful- basically this place had an answer for every concern I've ever heard about buying a puppy from a pet store. I am super happy with my experience at this Petland store and I encourage everyone I know to come here when they are looking for a new puppy!

I went in on a Tuesday (7/21/10) I looked at a beagle puppy and put a deposit on him. The next day I come in with the rest of the money to find out he has a "cough". Now I have to wait until Friday to see "IF" he gets better. He goes through 4-5 tests. How at the exact moment when I go to pick him does he magically get "sick"? He probably got sick because he comes a puppy mill. I'm going to find out when I ACTUALLY get him! I'm NEVER EVER shopping there again! I've been telling EVERYBODY about my experience.

Very friendly employees. Great selection of puppies, and they have nice little areas so you can play with them. The prices seem a little high, but you get a lot of extra's with purchase.
