It's easy to complain when you really have nothing to compare it to, but in my case I had a very different experience. I had a company that serviced my new home for nearly a year only to continue to call them out to address issues we had identified in the past. Jason & Tyler were truly professionals and walked me around my home to identify the problem areas, answered questions regarding the return of pests, explained all of their products. GREAT SERVICE & EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ryan, one of the owners has used dishonest sales tactics, and is the main reason that I cancelled my service with them. beware of what you are getting into! It looks as if lots of other customers feel the same way!

This is the worst pest control company ever!!! They sent my account to collections because I went with another pest control company since they had better rates. They had my credit card information to debit my account for the remaining charges but instead sent it to collections and I got calls from annoying collectors!!! this is not a way to do business!

One of the "owners" failed to disclose the fee of 200 dollars upon early termination of contract.



Poor and untimely service.



Buyer be ware.

I am very satisfied with Ecoshield. I have change companies very often because of their job they this company have excited my expectations. Jason. T was my last technician and he was very good, did more then was necessary and I really liked that.

Wonderful pest control service...

Wonderful pest control service ~ thorough and complete. Feel very comfortable even if I'm not home. Very honest. Ben, the manager, is extremely accommodating if a service date needs to be changed. Would highly reccommend.

I just got a call from one of ...

I just got a call from one of the office girls today reminding me about my appointment tomorrow, and that they are asking for donations of canned goods to help with a local food bank here in Round Rock for the holidays. Not only have I been pleased with the results of their service, I really like that they look for ways to give back to the community! The technicians are always very friendly and thorough and I know I can call them back for free anytime I find more bugs. The office staff is prompt at returning calls, which seems to be rare in this industry, and are always friendly. I realize that no company is perfect, and there are always a few unsatisfied customers, but overall it has been a pleasant experience and I highly recommend them!

Don't bother!

Eco Shield has been to our home three times now and each time there has been "drama". We told quoted wrong information from the supposed sales guy that came to our home and truthfully, their product does not work. We still have the same problems we had when we started. I called to cancel, was called back by Ben the manager and not only was he rude and unprofessional he stated I we cancel we would have to pay a $200 fee or be sent to collections. Now, I have read other reviews and similar complaints and am sorry I did not research them prior to having them come out. Bens whole attitude was demeaning and he was arrogant as well. Don't waste your time or energy on this company. They say if your not happy they will come out and fix the problem, why would I have you keep coming out if your product has t worked thus far? Ben also argued with me back and forth on whether the product works and called me a liar when I said it did not! Great business!!!

Stay far away!!! False promise...

Stay far away!!! False promises and no results. They have been of 6 times in 2 months and I have yet to see progress. Everytime I call they take another week to show up and then it seems they and walk around my yard looking stupid. All I can say is the guarentee is pointless, all it allows is them to do is continue the same poor service until the contract is up. They need to let you out of the contract instead of just up setting you for months to come.
