I want to encourage everyone to take time out in your life and look carefully at what is offered here. I can say that with the few adjustments that Dr. Cooke suggested, my energy level has risen dramatically.

I've had 3 visits with Dr. Cooke, and she has created a very detailed plan for me to follow. Since the end of June i have lost 60lbs, my brain fog has greatly reduced, my sleep has improved, I'm off my anti-depressants and i feel in control of my health for the first time i can remember.
