To begin, i feel the homepointe company is doing a great all around job. Every time i have been to the office, the receptionist has been friendly, helpful, and efficient. Anytime i have ever dealt with a maintenance call or anyone else contracted by your company, the experience has been positive, and professional. Overall 9 out of 10. Specifically regarding my property manager james, all i can say is you are fortunate to employ such an attentive professional.

We wish we would have found Matt sooner. We were having a hard time being 2 1/2 hours away. He jumped right in and started immediately and has been working hard to fix problems we have had for years. When we haven't reached him directly, he returned calls promptly.

I have never had an issue with Mike in regards to communication. From my experience he is on point when it comes to issues/needs of our property. Our whole goal in hiring a property manager was that we do not have to deal with the day to day headaches of being a landlord. Mike is very upfront on issues/expectations, he will tell you the honest truth (even if its not what you wanted to hear)

I own a home in Roseville and brought Mike to handle the property. they did a wonderful job. the house was advertised right away, and I believe it was rented with a month. they are very careful whom they put in there. my tenant are professionals and haven't had an issue yet. I hope they become long term.
