Alberto Thrist did a great job inside and outside of my residence. He explained everything very well.

Really nice gentleman (veteran) did my basement and exterior of my home. I do not know his name but he came to my house today (may 8, 2018) at about 10 AM.

Great service. Addressed all my questions. Arrived on time and service tech Kevin B was very pleasant. He was very thorough in the treatments.

Aaron was very informative and explained everything as he walked through, I especially like that he was extra cautious about spraying because we have an 8th month old, so far would be pleased if he continued to be our main guy who comes out.

Aaron provided a re-treatment for us after we continued see stink bugs. He was very thorough throughout the process. This is the first time we had a treatment inside the home. Very impressed. He continued to retreat the entire perimeter of the home, detached garage, pool and deck area also. Very satisfied with his service.

Aaron was very informative, he explained what he was doing and why.
I feel he did a great job at explaining his product and servicing my property, very professional.
I will request him for the follow up visits.

Our Aptive representative was on time and very professional and sprayed wherever I asked him to. They usually come in the morning by 10:00 but I called today to double check and was told he would arrive after 4:00. A representative called me to say he was on his way which I really appreciated since it was after 4:00.
I would highly recommend them if you see spiders etc. Our pet has never had a problem with this product.

Our service tech, Carvin, was courteous and professional. He explained what he found and what kind of insecticide he used and why. Great job Carvin!

Luke administered our quarterly application today. He was professional and courteous. My husband requested that he do the inside of the garage, which was no problem for him. This is our second year with Aptive, and we are complete satisfied.

Kevin was the BEST technician we've ever had from ANY pest control service in the St. Louis area! He cares about his customers and their needs. It shows in his work! By far he is a GREAT asset to Aptive!

Very prompt and friendly service. Carvin H. explained what he was going to do prior to doing so. We also met afterwards to summarize the service he performed. Extremely respectful, friendly and upbeat attitude - regardless of how hot it was outside!!! Carvin H. defintely displayed the "WOW" factor! Would highly recommend this service to others.

I have only had one experience with Aptive so far, and all I have to say are great things! Carnell was great and very knowledgeable. I was originally told that they could spray the inside of my house with my child and pet home, but when Carnell got to my house and realized I had a newborn, he knew he couldn't spray inside, and he informed me (being a first time mom) that it wouldn't be safe. I'm so glad he told me that because I had no idea! He showed me the areas where we had ants and a wasp nest outside, and he showed me afterward that they were gone! I will be recommending Carnell for my next visit!

Fredrico Cole did an amazing job. He also inspected around the house for any wasp and other bugs. Also inspected the yard for any other things.
