Provided by YP.comWe've owned our spa from Aspen Spas for about 6 years now and it still runs as well as it did new. When we were looking for one originally, I was surprised to see that they were actually a manufacturer here in St. Louis, not just a dealer. That attracted us immediately to check them out as a local business. Right away we were offered a tour of the facility and actually got to see spas in various stages of production. This satisfied the techy geek in me, and was really impressive. They've always been pleasant to work with and the same people are always there, and know our spa. Great place.

Provided by YP.comWe have owned an Aspen Hot Tub since 2002. It was one of the best purchases that my wife and I have made for our own relaxation. Since our original purchse, Aspen has been great! We have had very few issues with our hot tub. When there has been a problem, the folks at Aspen have been there for us immediately and have solved all of our issues. There have even been times where we have thought there was a problem and in all actuality it was an error on our part. Aspen came out and didn't even charge us.
In the future, when/if we require a new hot tub, Aspen will get the first opportunity.

Provided by YP.comMy sister told me about the great service and prices, bought a hot tub from Aspen. two years later upgraded to a swim spa. I love, love , love it! Aspen made here in St. Louis, had some one to put in the pad and took care of the installation. Any questions or problems they try and address right away. I would highly reccomend them,great phone service also.

Provided by YP.comWe purchased our spa back in October after researching a couple of different spas and recommendations from friends. Aspen had the best customer service. They spent all the time we needed in helping us to design our spa. It was fun designing the spa the way we wanted it with Aspen's guidance. Being family and locally owned provides a very welcome and warm atmosphere. I have the highest recommendation for Aspen.

Provided by YP.comI have often recommended Aspen Spa to friends. My family recommended them to me. several years ago we decided to replace our old, broken, spa. As this is a huge investment for us,we shopped for several weeks at almost every spa place in the St. Louis area. Aspen was by far, the best choice. They are a local buisness but more importantly they are a small and family owned and operated. The give real personal service and tell the truth. They are genuinely concerned and want to be sure you get the right product at the right price. They make the spas themselves so they really know everything about each one. Surprisingly, they actually had a wider range of choices. The big box places have a couple of models that vary only by the # of bells and whistles. Apen has a variety of sizes and shapes plus you can add or subtract some options. Thier prices are competative and the service is excellent. Finally, they are just nice folks. Our spa still runs like a champ. We needed to replace the cover but they found us a deal on that.

Provided by YP.comMy wife and I are perfectly satisfied with our Aspen Spa. We like to purchase locally for convenience of any future problem solving. We like the fact that we could customize our unit by adding jets and a bigger motor at the time of manufacture here in the St Louis area. The unit has performed perfectly for almost five years and we couldn't be more satisfied.

Provided by YP.comWe have had our Aspen two person hot tub for several years, and It is very reliable, and has is a quality product made here in St. Louis. I recently went to Aspen and purchased a new jet nozzle to replace one that I broke, and Aspen provided me with technical information on how to replace the part. If you are looking to buy a hot tub system, Aspen builds Quality product that last a long time, and they provide great customer service.

When we learned they made hot tubs right in St Louis we decided to go visit them. The Bania family immediately made us feel right at home. They explained how their hot tubs were made with only quality materials and that they stood behind all their products. We couldn't help buying an avalanche hot tub. That was over 8 years ago and we've been extremely happy with our purchase. Over the years, they have been outstanding about any assistance we've needed with chemicals or maintenance. We can't say enough good things about Aspen Spas and highly recommended them.

Provided by YP.comIf you are in the market for a hot tub, don't buy until you have talked to the staff at Aspen. When you build a product from the ground up who better to discuss standard to custom options. They listened to what I was looking for and offered performance suggestions that were well with in my budget - this got me the tub I wanted and no need to feel like i would need an upgrade after first season of use. This was such a good fit, I enlisted there services to relocate the tub when we moved.

I was able to make contact with the people at Aspen when I needed help with some repair. Since then, I have used them for all of my parts needs. Wonderful people.

Provided by YP.comThe people at Aspen Spas have always been friendly and quick to answer any questions regarding my spa which I purchased 2 years ago. I recently had hail damage during the April 28th storm to the Spa cover.The insurance claims adjuster was looking for a replacement estimate. I called Aspen, Richard sent me an email invoice on the cost of replacement and advised me to include shipping and removal of the old one. I agreed, he sent it via email, I sent it to our wireless printer, got the copy and took it to the very surprised claims adjuster!
