The nurses and doctors are very professional they took care of me quickly, and it is great to have one in Rock Hill.

Needed services of an urgent care facility. After searching numerous care centers in my area, I was shocked by the negative reviews. Didn't want to put myself in their hands. Remembered my daughter-in-law visited an urgent care facility a few months ago so I asked for her help. She highly recommended Total Access Urgent Care. What a great surprise. From the moment I walked through the door till the moment I walked out, I was greeted with nothing but friendliness and concern for my reason for being there. I was seen immediately, treated quickly and thoroughly and told to return in 2 days for a follow-up. 2 days later, the fourth of July, I again received a friendly greeting and was seen right away. Can't say enough good things about Total Access Urgent Care. Though not conveniently located for me if I again need urgent care I will definitely go to Total Access. Helen M.

I signed in online, was able to be seen right when I walked in the door. Best staffed medical facility I have been seen in quite a while. Staff is super professional and friendly, everyone seems to love their job there.

Outstanding. Not your typical urgent care. Everyone was top notch professional. It was clean and organized. On site pharmacy allowed me to go straight home and start getting well.

I went in around 8am for a UTI. The office was extremely clean and professional. I was brought to the back within ten minutes. I was seen promptly and they had my medications in the office so I didn't even have to go to a pharmacy. Less than half an hour later I was on my way home with my antibiotics and pain pills in hand.

Wonderful care and staff. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Wait time was brief. Listened to my symptoms and what I thought the best course of treatment should be. Offered other treatment options. Basically got what I needed in a timely fashion and I was able to get my meds without the hassle of making another stop. Most importantly, I felt better the next day. Very quick and easy. Doctor spent an appropriate amount of time and answered all my questions. Would come back again. Would recommend for anyone who can't get in to see their primary care MD.

I have been to Total Access many times and been impressed and today was no exception. The physicians assistant really took time to listen to me and answer my questions. He even listened to my suggestions of holistic treatments that might help and seemed impressed with the research I had done before coming in. Great care!
