Have always had a good experience each time I have gone or have taken a family member. Staff is very friendly and seem to care about you "the patient". I would recommend Total Access Urgent Care to everyone.

Thia is the best urgent care I have ever visited. Everyone is incredibly friendly, I get in and out quickly, and I'm getting better care than I do from my primary doctor.

The best medical care experience I've ever had by a long way. They went above and beyond. I almost hope I get sick, so I can go back.

Wonderful care. They even called in a P.A. from

Chesterfield to do my stitches. Also gave very good instructions.s

Best urgent care place i've been to in St. Louis. Get you in a room right away where you can watch tv while waiting for doctor. All staff members are very nice and accommodating. I have been twice and have had a great experience both times. Will be back again in the future if necessary.

Everyone was super-friendly, especially the lady at the front desk. I don't know her name, but she was blonde and bubbly. The overall experience was pleasant, the wait time was to a minimal. My paramedic, Todd, was nice and drew my blood without any pain. Thank you for that, very much so. I would go back here again, before heading to any other Urgent Care. Keep up the good work.

This was my second time to visit Total Access Urgent Care. The first time, my "urgency" occurred right before they closed and they were still so hospitable, friendly and provided great customer service. This time, I was there when they opened their doors at 8am, which could also be annoying to someone who just got to work. But as with my initial visit, they were still so pleasant and friendly and TIMELY. I highly recommend to anyone in need of urgent care!

I was in contact with 5 different staff members during my visit and everyone was so nice and polite and helpful.I will definitly go back to them they helped me and thoroughly ran test and such to figure ut what was wrong.

I am no stranger to hospitals and emergency rooms. I have received medical treatment often and I have to say that the care I received at Total Access Urgent Care was exceptional. Everyone , staff, medical personnel, doctors were truly amazing and very caring. I received top notch medical treatment. I will not hesitate to return! Thank you so much!

Fast friendly clean and cheap since I don't have insurance they have a lot of staff on stand by they care about the patient Open 7 days a week 12 hours there open hours are great the really best part is that they have medicine On site don't have to wait long to get your medicine there unbelievable thank you for everything

Went for xrays for my son. Got right in. Prices were very reasonable. Doctor was great. A lot of locations. Nice to have somewhere to go on a weekend that you can get xrays for such a great price.

Total Access Urgent Care was a very pleasant surprise and a perfect health care experience for us. The service was very prompt and the employees were all extremely professional and caring. Everyone did their job well with a great attitude. Will return in the future if needed and highly recommend this facility.

Wonderful Staff!! Went into the office with my sick daughter and were seen very quickly, would recommend them in a minute to anyone needing to see a Dr!

My experience at this urgent care facility was excellent! I booked my appointment online and they were friendly and helpful when I arrived. Very impressed! Every one was very kind and professional, from the front desk staff to the doctors and nurses that treated me in the back. There was no wait and when i was waiting I was in my own room, with a place to lay down and cable tv. Hopefully I stay healthy and wont need to return, but in the case I need medical attention, I will go there first!
