Had a great buying experience. Honda has great cars. I went to few other dealers and I felt more comfortable here. I love the car washes for life.

They were very helpful and professional showing us exactly what we were looking for instead of trying to sell us something we didn't want. We got a great price doing everything they could to make our purchase affordable. Cant say enough about them. If you wanna be treated like royalty, get the best price and be totally happy with the experience, this is the place to go! If we could, we would give them 1000 stars!!!!

Sales and finance were prompt on the purchase of our 2013 Pilot and we've had exceptional service our past two visits!!

I was short on time and I knew excactly what I needed so I called the dealership to make an appointment and give the salesperson background so we could get in and out with the least amount of painful "salesly" pitches. Ciara was so friendly and personable over the phone. She listened to what I needed, she offered me options and opinions based on her experience. When I got to the dealership Ciara had already pulled some options based on our call. She clearly answered all of our questions, she even gave a snack. I know that may sound silly, but just the fact that she took that additional effort to bring us a rice krispie bar vs telling us to visit the waiting room made us feel good about working with this dealer. We actually bought the first car we looked at. I will definately be back for my next Honda.

We had a very good overall experience when purchasing our Honda Pilot at Ed Napelton. We found the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful when trying to find a vehicle that fit our needs. There wasn't any high pressure sales and we felt that Ed Napelton gave us an honest deal for our vehicle. We walked away very happy with our purchase. We will be returning to Ed Napelton to purchase our next new vehicle.

Demetrius Jackson should be nominated for Salesman of the Year. He will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. One of the most friendly dealerships I've ever been in, and they are not close to where I live. Great customer service. Employees stayed late, 2 hours after closing to complete the deal!

Dan did a great job finding just the car we wanted, we knew the exact type of used vehicle we were looking for and he found a perfect match. The car was spotless and ready to go when we got to the dealership. Everyone at Napleton was friendly and helpful! We will be back when the time comes to buy another vehicle!

Do yourself a favor and go by a car from this dealership. After having a horrible experience with DEAN TEAM OF KIRKWOOD we ended up at Ed Napelton in St Peters. This dealership is far from our home, but worth the drive!!! The customer service here was amazing and the preowned sales manager Ed Pyle was awesome. Our salesmen Lamarr Powell and Shane were so nice and helpful. We purchased a car from them and have decide that from now on we will be purchasing our Hondas from them. Excellent dealership!!!!!!!! I think the best by far.

I love my new Honda. I recently had a problem with the blower motor in it and got a service appointment for the next day. The corrected the problem and I was ready for the summer!

The maintenance light came on in my car and same day I called I brought my car in and had it back an hour later. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like I was their top priority. When it came to price I was relieved that they did not try to sell me anything. It was clear what was required versus recommended and I appreciated that. My Accord has been exceptionally reliable. When I actually have had an issue the service department has been great about working with my schedule, getting me rides while they worked on my car, and explaining everything clearly. Their service has gone far beyond the service I received at my former Mercedes dealership. Yes, I traded in my Mercedes for a Honda and I have never regretted it!
