I had the misfortune one evening, while walking my dog, of running into an extremely reckless police officer who decided to arrest me for absolutely no reason at all. I was charged with only one thing. Resisting arrest without violence (A class D misdemeanor) which of course begs the question “Arrest for what?” I am 51 years old with a clean record and a conceal carry permit. So I retained Mr. Pearlman. Despite our bad luck of getting a draconian judge who denied our motion to dismiss the case, it was nevertheless reduced to a civil infraction literally the day before the trial was to begin with no fines or court costs. All thanks to Lee. There are plenty of slimy lawyers out there as we all know. I assure you that Lee is not one of them. Words cannot even begin to describe how lucky I am to have had the pleasure of having Mr. Pearlman & Mr. Clark represent me these past two and a half years. Sept. 2015 DUI.Received a call from Pearlman, as I had received many calls and letters. After thinking it over and doing A lot of research I called Pearlman very late night, he answered, met the next day. Pearlman assured me from the beginning he would fight Hard till the end, which he did. After spending thousands of dollars on another attorney, who consequently failed to inform me of critical information the day I was scheduled to plead guilty to DUI, I decided to research alternative representation and postpone my plea. After extensive research, I contacted Mr. Lee Pearlman. As you can imagine, the idea of spending more money on legal representation was not something I was thrilled about, and quite frankly, I was not sure if it was a wise decision. That is, until I spoke with Lee. His approach was much different from my previous attorney, who essentially advised me to plead guilty. Although my previous attorney attempted to get the DUI reduced to reckless driving (offering 10 volunteered days in jail), he was unsuccessful and the state liked their chances at trial.
