Dr. Rubin has changed my life. He has taught me numerous exercises to strengthen my back and core. It is amazing to wake up and not be in pain and uncomfortable. If only I had this knowledge years ago!

Rubin Health Center is a first class operation run by the best in the business. Whatever health problems you are experiencing, they will find them and make them go away. They don't just treat the symptoms, they find and treat the source of the problem.

I made an appt to see Dr. Rubin per the recommendation of a coworker. I have dealt with chronic pain for many years throughout my body. I have seen neurologists, rheumatologists, orthopedists and just about every other "-ologist." My chronic pain was looked upon with skepticism and was made to feel like they thought I was famking for medications. I have been working with Dr. Rubin to correct biomechanical issues, but the greatest discorvery has been Isabelle and the changes I have made nutritionally. I am a believer that when you change the food you eat and you can change your life.

Being a competitive athlete, I've found the proper injury rehab must come from many methods. Dr. Rubin has incorporated key injury rehabilitation aspects, getting me back to national competition.

After getting three months of P.T. on my elbow for tennis elbow, I started with A.R.T. and it took 4 sessions to resolve completely. I feel amazing and I am actually playing tennis again!
