Eco Shield come in did a job for us. Brennan Schmidt was the one that did a good job.

1st time using them, So far very good work, Brennan Schmidt was very detail in his work, so as of today I would say 3 stars to the company-

Worst experience ever, to include, worst customer” no-service”. Recently called to inquire about a service charge to my account "WHEN NO SERVICE WAS PROVIDED" not only did the owner argued but he insisted that his staff did the work when there were 2 adults in the house that didn’t allow his employee to come into the property. Not only did they claim and charge for spraying in the house but they also went into the gated backyard with padlocks on the gates, and let’s not mention the 2 dogs that live there. If you do business with this company ensure that they are schedule to show up at your place when you are there because they will charge just for showing up and parking anywhere in the vicinity of your place since their vehicles have GPS tracking. Newsflash to Ryan that vehicle is doesn’t mean the job is getting done.

Our Technician, Joseph Gentile (0566886), was very professional and friendly. He spent time discussing what he did and if other details, like time required to wait until we could let out our pet in the yard. Granted this was our first treatment with EcoShield and Joseph for the start of the Texas insect season, so we have high expectations for the future and i have a good feeling it will be a long relationship with EcoShield.

Thanks guys for convincing me and my wife to go with you.

Phillip Herrera and Brennan did an awesome job!

Had our first visit today. Very, very, pleased. Very professional. Phillip was great. Brushed the eaves around the house, taking down wasps nests. Great service. Professional. Reasonable.

Im unsure about the other reviews, however i was approached by Ryan from ecoshield and i was impressed by the knowledge and courteous manner in which he was intentive with my pest issues. I promptly contacted him about starting service with them. Today he and the Specalist came promptly at the time discussed and they got to work. I must say i was v ery impressed at the courtsey and efficient way they provided service. My specalist were Phil and Tyler. Service was thorough . Specalist were attentive to my needs. Specalist even scoped out a scorpin lingering on my patio sliced him up in order to keep from harming me and my pets. Thanks Guys! Job well done!



By the way payment for the bi monthly service was counsuled on pthe day of inqury and the day of service.

We had Eco Shield Pest Control for over a year and so far we so happy with their service. They are punctual, thorough, and affordable. I am especially happy with their decent, polite workers, I had Christopher Joiner doing my service today and he is very professional, courteous and efficient > I highly recommend them.

In July I was approached by EcoShield asking me to change my pest control services. I explained that I would be moving before the end of the year and I wouldn't be able to fulfill a contract. TYLER SORENSEN, EcoShield representative, assured me all I had to do was call and my service would be terminated. My shock was today when I called; I was told I have a signed contract and it will cost me $200 to break, regardless of the fact I am moving. I asked how to get in touch with Tyler, so I could take him to small claims court , and was told he had been transferred to Arizona. I should have stayed with Terminix.

These people are not honest at all. They fail to let you know that yeah the first initial treatment is 70 dollars but a month later you will pay another 89 dollars and then a month and a half later you will pay another 89 dollars so actually this is not a deal at all. You end up paying more than what they say they are going to charge you. Make sure you also read the fine print because they also don't let you know that if you try to cancel their service due to their dishonesty you will have to pay 250 dollars. You can find pest control for a lot cheaper than these people. Please do your research before hiring these people. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
