Easter weekend we ended up with a broken shower that could not be shut off and the water line to the house had to be turned off completely. Monday morning we put in a call to Bill Howe and they were here by 11:30 AM, fixed it for us by 12:10 and had us back up and doing good again. They were VERY professional and understanding, I am very satisfied with the service and the price as we expected the worst and received the best! Fantastic! Our plumbing tech was Miguel Rodrigues and I highly recommend this company & tech. EXCELLENT.

Great service from Jason for reverse osmosis installation. Clarence also came out and helped snake a drain in our bathtub. I would recommend Bill Howe to anyone. Thank you for your prompt, courteous, honest service.

I have been working with Michael on getting the pipes cleaned and he is one of the best guys I have ever worked with. I'm an electrical contractor and as a company owner I can say you guys are super lucky to have him working for you... I wish he knew electrical, I'd steal him away in a second!!

We came home from vacation to find a leak in our apartment. Unfortunately, this is not our first leak in this apartment, those were fixed by other plumbing companies…FINALLY the apartment manager called Bill Howe this time (Thank Goodness).
We had plumber VICTOR SANTANA, who was professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and patient. Victor was awesome!! He really took the time to communicate, and answer all questions we had. I really hope that Mr. Santana is appreciated for not only his work ethic, but as well as his customer service!! Thanks being awesome Victor!!!!

I called them on a Monday morning for a clogged kitchen sink. They were out there within 2 hours, and my overall cost was $80 LESS than when I called Anderson for the same issue last time! Excellent service! Victor G. Did a great job at checking and double checking his work, as well as explaining things in an easy to understand manner. My apartment building experienced a collapsed sewer line. They were able to make the repairs in a short time. We were kept informed of the progress. Very professional service!

I called Bill how to fix a water leak in my Supply system from the street to my house did been leaking for some time from the time I call them Victor their tech showed up and took care of the problem and had to dig a lot of dirt and fixed it made it even better than it was before... Easy to understand #1 standing in their field in San Diego. Called with broken main sewer line and they sent Allan Aguilar to research and estimate repairs. He explained a Restoration crew would need to clean exposed matter and he would follow with repairs. Being without water or restrooms for an undetermined time was a concern with our health situation, but restoration was here the next day for clean-up and Allen here the following day for repairs. Start to finish took three days with total cost 40% under estimate. All team members were polite, professional and will always be welcome in our home.

From making the appointment, to the arrival of Javier, we received first class service. Javier arrived at the early part of our time window, was so professional, very courteous and extremely knowledgeable and handled the matter so quickly. Since we live in a condominium, he went downstairs and asked the neighbor below if he could enter their property to verify we did not clog their drains. I would highly recommend Bill Howe!!! We can now use our toilet again! Very smooth process to get this done!

Jimmie was great! He ended up being able to come earlier than the scheduled time and he was quick to take of the issue!

I appreciated the fact that he took the time to listen and diagnose my plumbing problem before automatically just trying to sell me new equipment. I did not feel pressured or ripped off. Marcus from Bill Howe plumbing saved my dad and I from an potentially catastrophic plumbing issue. We had called our former go-to and they wouldn't have come out till the following days afternoon to help us with what was clearly an emergency. Mike represented Bill Howe wonderfully! He was thorough in explaining the process, what our options were, what he had accomplished, and most importantly he gave us positive results. He knew what he was talking about and that in itself saved us tons of trouble shooting time. Because the blockage required more of an experienced tech the final cost was not out of range with extra down time searching for the problem, he knew how and where to look.
