Provided by YP.comI went to the El Cajon store to purchase a stereo that they advertised in the Penny saver for $57 installed. I called first to make sure they had one and asked if there were any additional costs. The person on the phone said "No, its $57". so I went in and asked for the radio to be installed, and the guy says to me,"you will need an installation kit and a wire harness. WHAT!!!! so now this $57 radio with free installation is now costing $110. I sad fine do it. So I'm paying an additional $53 for a wire harness and an installation kit. Well, my 2001 toyota corolla doesn't need an installation kit !!!! yet they still charged me for it. They gave me some lame excuse that it is a package deal, but why charge a customer for something that you didn't use!!! It's not fair and not good business!!! Buyers beware of this place, I was taken for extra money and they were rude about it,especially the installer who was very rude when I asked to see the "installation kit" that needed to be used!!! will never go there again!!!!! Rip offs and false advertisers!!!!!

Provided by YP.comHe told me my car would take 45 minutes for a radio install, an amp install, and door speaker install. I new there was no way it could be done that quickly but he assured me it would. And it ended up taking them 4 hours to do it. And when I got the car the screws were missing in the door panel. The door panel was falling off. I warn you. Dont go there!!

Provided by YP.comI bought an amp from them two weeks ago. He told me I had a 14 day warranty on it. He said he would switch it out if anything happened. After 6 days the amp stopped working, I went back to him and he said he couldnt do anything bc there was no warranty on it. I called sony and they told me the amp was 3 yrs old and used. Which I had no idea it was used, he told me it was new. Aviod going there!!!

Provided by YP.comI went there based on an ad I saw in the penny saver. It says "CD player for $37 includes free installation". When I got there he said he wanted to look at my car, after looking at my car he told me I needed a harness which costs $40. And he told me that he would only give me that price if I installed it there. I went somewhere else for a second opinion they told me I didnt need a harness. They said even if i needed a harness, which I didnt, its only $10 for a harness. Thats how he gets his money for free installation he tells people they need a part when they dont. He is cruked and a lier all the people there are trained and told to say the same thing. He also didnt tell me that the CD player didnt have a warranty. I found out later that it didnt.
