I'll start by keeping my story very short. I know that the day and age we live is effecting everyone in the worst way. And I've been having those same experiences. However, I can say that for the last few month of my interactions with Security Public Storage, the staff and management have been life changing. They've been more than exceptional, more than professional and the best customer service. They are people, who value people and that hard to find in the times we live in. They not only listen, they hear you as an dividual as well. You'll never go wrong with Security Public Storage, they don't just secure your belongings, but your peace of mind!

Moving into our unit went smoothly and our overall experience has been wonderful. My husband and I would highly recommended Security Public Storage for anyone looking for a safe and clear place to storage their possessions. Man & Sua have been great from the beginning and continue to be.

The facilities are spotless and easy to navigate and the location is super easy to get to with a loading zone right in front. Charles couldn't have been more helpful or personable and it feels like a very safe place to store.

Clean, secure, and hassle-free. Started renting a storage unit after shelter-in-place began and was able to pick out a unit and move everything in relatively easily.

The location was convenient to access from my initial location in the Mission. This has been my first time renting a unit in the city. Highly recommend storing items here! Employees were extremely helpful in answering questions storing with ease.

Had some difficulties at the start due to COVID but they took care of everything in a timely manner. Everyone was polite and made sure they had a happy customer.

We were in a Covid "Crisis" and Charles really worked with us to assure that things were well taken care for our situation. There were absolutely no problems. Excellent service. Thank you!

The unit was clean, and Charles went above and beyond in helping us move in when we were on a tight timeline. The unit itself was well-lit and felt very secure with multiple layers of protection. Charles was also extremely helpful in picking an appropriately-sized unit to start with, and I feel like I have peace of mind knowing that I've left my possessions in his team's care.

This place is an excellent choice for storage. It's secure, clean, easy access to your unit and super helpful staff. Would definitely recommend!
