I fretted about this because I thought it was going to cost an arm and leg. I finally decided on Drain Doctor and a very nice female told me she could have someone out within about 45 min. I asked her to call me so I could put my dog in the kennel and she did so. My tech was Bobby and he was extremely polite and efficient. He even cleaned up the gunk after pulling out a gigantic wad of hair. I was so relieved and the price was very competitive and fair. I called another plumber about four hours ago but I never even got a call back from them. I like the character in the ads and on the truck, he looks like the "Keep on Truckin" dude except he would be "Keep on Snakin" I guess.

Good Experience with Drain Doctor. From office to Techs. Office gave me informations, granted a request, and gave window of arrival. My Drain Doctor was Bobbi. He check what needed to be fixed and fixed it.

San Jose Water Company told me that I had a leak in my water line late Friday afternoon. I called Drain Doctor, and they immediately sent someone out to take a look. The problem was complicated, and they had to get special parts to fix it the right way. They found the parts (special size pipe), were on the job first thing in the morning (lots of digging involved), and had it fixed within a couple of hours.

Frank was at our house within 45 minutes of my call. He thoughtfully and correctly diagnosed our water heater and plumbing problems. He built pipes and re-structured our system so that it works beautifully. Absolutely fabulous! We are very grateful for his help!

I had my sink faucet broken and called Drain Doctor. A guy came in about 45 minutes and diagnosed and estimated at $450. He promised that next morning another guy will come with a new faucet and replace it.



The next morning, a guy came with empty hand. He did not know anything about my problem nor did he brought new replacement faucet at all. I was so angry. He went out and came back with a new faucet and replaced it.



He was kind and did a good job. But I was so frustrated with the bad connections between two guys.

Both of my kitchen sinks were clogged up for about two days, called the Drain Doctor and they arrived at my home in less than an hour! Fixed the problem in 20 mins! Quick and fast service.

The company even called a fcouple times - during the day to inform me the technician was on the way and then later in the day to see if I was satisfied. Late on a Friday afternoon I found that my drain lines were clogged, impacting bathroom, kitchen and utility plumbing. I called the Drain Doctor after locating them on the internet. Within an hour the problem was fixed! The technician, George Lee, arrived within 30 minutes, diagnosed the problem and went to work in rapid fashion. He was courteous and neat. I was very impressed by the service and the reasonable fees, considering the time of day and response time. I would recommend Drain Doctor to anyone for this type of service.

Everyone knows what a pain it is when a plumbing problem arises. Recently, we had a pipe leak and our exercise room suddently was filled with water. The carpets were soaked and everytime we used the water - more would come in.



Immediately, I went to the Yellow Pages and there I found a two page ad that not only offered a 20% coupon but claimed they could have a plumber at our house within 45 minutes.



Within 30 minutes, a plumber arrived and in less than an hour the job was completed. While he was there, he also was kind enough to answer some questions I had regarding my water heater. He gave us some great tips and even showed me how to elminate air in the kitchen faucet pipe in our cottage.



Our overall experience with "Drain Doctor" was excellent! We would recommend them to our neighbors and friends and call them again if we have a problem.

They were very informative, professional with an eye to fine detail. They solved my plumbing problem and I will definately use Drain Doctors for all of my plumbing problems in the future...

We were very pleased with the excellent repair service Frank provided us in fixing our water heater. He is very professional, courteous and prepared. Thank you for the job well done.

We had roots growing in the sewer line outside of my house. The service person came out on a Sunday about an hour and a half after we called. He immediately ran the snake about ten feet into the line and cleared out the sewer line. We were standing there and heard the drain open up. He was very professional and did the job within a very short amount of time. We will use Drain Doctor's again whenever we have plumbing issues.

We were pleased with the service we received from Drain Doctor. The serviceman arrived at the designated time and was very polite. He fixed the problem and cleaned the mess and then gave us a very reasonable bill.

I've been having toilet problems and needed someone as soon as possible to fix it. I opened up the Verizon Yellow Pages and I noticed the hugest ad in the plumbing section said "45 minutes or less at your door." That's exactly what I needed! The plumber,Will, was here in 45 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. I can't believe how easy he made the repair look. Wanted to take a moment to commend Drain Doctors and their technician Chan for a great customer service experience. Normally It would seem hard to find anything positive about a backed up drain but the response and the professionalism with which it was cleared was remarkable.

Chan worked late into the evening and returned the next morning to clear the problem. The response time after the original call until his arrival was very short. Unfortunately the problem was a difficult one but Chan persisted and finished the job when I am sure many others would have just given up. Throughout the process he kept us informed of what he was doing and what he recommended to avoid problems in the future. Without question If a drain problem happens in the future...My first call will be to Drain Doctors.
