This is the best storage facility and service I've ever used. Before selecting Security Public Storage, I did a lot of research to compare prices, staff, security and cleanliness. I finally selected SPS based on my 4 criterias, but mostly because Barry and Tyler, the professional resident managers were extremely helpful, indeed professional and a pleasure to work with. They go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need and that says a lot about this storage facility. The prices are reasonable and the building is absolutely clean and secure as it should be. I highly recommend SPS, San Mateo!

Can we say clean clean clean! This facility is very kept well, not to mention the 2 gentlemen working the office were very helpful and made the process very stress free. Sometimes we may be skeptical about leaving our things in a storage but this place looks and feels safe. Thank you to Barry and Tyler for the great service! Oh and they offered me water on a hot day that was awesome. Thank you again and I will be sure to recommend SPS to everyone!

i'm currently using there serves and love it they got the space i need and the stuff are nice and helpful.

This facility has an onsite manager that is there most of the day. This is helpful when you need information or are having issues. So far it's been great.

This place is awesome! It's in a great location and the owners are very friendly and respond quickly to emails.

The personnel that run this facility are very frendly and curtious. Storage grounds are always clean as well as the insides of the storage buildings.

I have had a storage unit at this facility for about half a year. The place is always clean and orderly, and they have carts available for moving boxes and items. Access through the gate with a code is very easy, along with online payments. The management has always been helpful and friendly the few times we needed their assistance.

The managers are friendly, the place is kept clean. There are two elevators along with plenty of carts for you to use. I would recommend this facility highly!

I have been a tenant here for a little over a year. It has been a great experience, the people in the office are great, and the access hours are phenomenal.

The management here is very friendly and helpful,they even have truck available if needed,just let them know so you can reserve it!

My overall experience with the facility is its always clean and well maintained, the managers Marianne and John are always helpful, professional and take care of the place well. I haven't had a problem of any sort with this place... Well deserved 5 stars and then some!

This is a very well run business! I have my own business equipment stored here and I feel it to be safe and secure. The grounds are well kept and easy to manage. The hours are most convenient and there are plenty of courtesy carts available for all of the units on site. I like the staff very much. They let me use their truck for my initial move in and that helped enormously. I highly recommend this site for your safe and secure storage.

I have always had a good experience with security public storage. They are very nice, helpful, and address any and all questions I've had so far. Their online payment system is absolutely amazing.

I have been a customer of Security Public Storage in San Mateo since February 1998, almost 20 years. The location is right off El Camino. The property is great, it is safe and the units are clean and neat. If you are looking for a unit on the Peninsula, this is your spot.

Security Public Storage in San Mateo is a clean and well run storage facility with convenient hours and very helpful staff. I highly recommend this excellent storage facility.

I have been at this facility,since 2002 and have experienced a few managers during this time period.The managers John and Marianne are by far my favorite.they keep this storage clean and secure.

Love the managers!! As John and Marianne are veterans as I am (USMC) and let me tell you, they have been so accommodating and helpful to me after 3 years and I commend them. Thank you for all your help. Always nice to stop in and chat with them when I'm here. Real people!!

Accommodating manager couple! They have helped us figure out special needs several times, and are very respectful, friendly, and kind. The facility is clean and organized. Couldn't ask for more.
