I have been with Security Public Storage in San Ramon, California for some time. I have a temperature control unit that has space for two rooms. This location is clean. The staff is professional and friendly. I would recommend this location.

Security Public Storage in San Ramon is a safe place for individual, family or business to storage goods. I like this storage store because it has temperature control, a clean and safe unit and upmost friendly customer services.

Liz is a lady who works in San Ramon Branch. She is friendly and helped me to sort out rental concerns. Her kindness and passionate customer services warm my heart the most. Keep it up the great work!

San Ramon security public storage is a excellent storage facility. Easy to access your storage unit. They have small and big carts that make transporting your belongs from your car to the storage unit a breeze. The front desk lady Kimberly is super friendly and made getting a storage unit quick and easy. She is very helpful and she responds promptly to your questions or needs. I would recommend security public storage in San Ramon to anyone in need of extra space for your belongs or if you are need of a temporary place to store your things between moving. The only down side is you can not access your storage unit 24hrs a day. Which is only so they can ensure the overall security of all the units

I was looking for a controlled environment to store my company items. This place has that and their customer service has been excellent. They receive packages for me and contact me when they do. The staff is friendly and helpful. Each unit is individually alarmed so I feel my stuff is very secure. I have used them for just under a year and have had no issues. You should use them.

The buildings feel secure and are climate controlled. The managers are friendly.

We have been using this storage facility in San Ramon eventhough we live in Dublin, CA because of the ff. reasons:
1) The storage facility is very clean.
2) It is climate controlled and there is security for each unit.
3) The facility onsite managers, Kimberly & Shelby are both very helpful.

Storage and access areas always clean and climate-controlled. Parking is easy. Manager and staff services are excellent - Kimberly always very helpful, including with advice on storage fees, as well as accommodating. Shelby was also very helpful during our move.

Wanda and the team were fabulous in helping me get situated after a long cross-Country move. They had exactly what I needed and very accomodating. The place is clean, feels safe and very convenient. There were some very affordable options for new clients.

I am handicapped and the facility is easy to move about, plus the doors move up and down with ease.
