Security Public Storage has been a life saver for me. As someone in the medical field, I need a safe and convenient way to store and access my equipment. They have always been accommodating with regards to available storage and shipping materials. Bonus-Fedex is conveniently located next door to the San Ramon location.

My husband and I have had nothing but great service here. Wanda is always friendly and so helpful when we come by. They have excellently secured units with climate control so all of our things in storage stay in great condition.

My wife and I were moving, and we needed a place to store our valuables until we can ship them to our new home. Security Public Storage in San Ramon was convenient, temperature controlled, and affordable. The manager, Wanda, helped us pick just the right amount of space, and the rental process was a breeze. We sleep well at night knowing that our most prized possessions are secure at Security Public Storage. I highly recommend them.

Spring of this year was my first experience in renting off site storage as my family was preparing to sell our home of 23 years and remove excess belongings and furnishings. Little did we know we would be needing TWO storage units, even after selling, donating and dumping a substantial amount of our furnishings. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, comfort of the facility and each storage unit as well as the helpfulness of the managers that we chose to remain with Security Public Storage in San Ramon. Prices will vary depending on occupancy level so they always encourage tenants and prospective tenants to check the online deals. The manager takes a genuine interest in their customers and worked with my insurance company to minimize the effort on my part to obtain the necessary documentation that would allow Security Public Storage to waive the insurance fee. And a referral to a reasonably priced hauler was a nice plus too. Wanda stayed a bit late a few times when she saw we were coming in and out for a quick drop off of boxes into our unit - that has never been expected but will always be remembered and appreciated. My husband and I looked at a couple other storage facilities in San Ramon. Prices wasn't all that much different however the places, were dark, cold, wet and very unappealing. Not so with Security Public Storage. If you needed to spend a day there to sift through your belongings or papers, it would be an extremely comfortable place to do that. 2 thumbs up for them! - Desiree

The storage facilities are clean and climate controlled. The staff is helpful. I was particularly grateful for‎ ‎the manger. They have all moving supplies. They recently also add Amazon locker to help customers ‎receive their packages faster and comfortable, I would recommend them.‎

Wanda Malik was a great help this most recent time I visited my five year old storage unit at San Ramon, CA. It is a once a year visit, and always the storage facilities are clean and cool and the staff helpful. I was particularly grateful for Wanda's help in the local places that might take some of my dear Mother's possessions that I hold. Deedy O.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The manager took extra time to help me find a smaller unit when I was ready to downsize. When I exclaimed how thirsty I was after moving some boxes, she directed me to filtered water in the lobby. I have been storing belongings there for just over a year, and been in and out of my unit several times. The facility is temperature-controlled and always clean, including an immaculate bathroom. I especially appreciate adequate lighting in the units. I've moved a lot and experienced other storage facilities. This is the BEST!

Am grateful for the easy-going, pleasant and accommodating service provided by the onsite managers Duane and Wanda in thoroughly setting up my storage reservation during a very stressful time, of which was understood by the down to earth managers, as well as I applaud James and Shelby, relief managers, also for their very pleasant assistance given over the telephone, again during this very difficult time.

All above are perfect in their positions in handling the best customer service.

This facility is located in a great spot, just off Crow Canyon near Costco. It's climate controlled which is a real plus during the hot summer months. It's very clean and safe.

It has been years since I've had to place my furniture in storage. The San Ramon storage facility is a highly desirable, safe location next to Sponge's Car Wash on Camino Ramon. The individual storage units can only be accessed from inside the facility during open hours when management is present, so one can enter and exit SPS in a safe, low-risk environment. Over and above this, I knew when I first spoke with Karen and Jackie, and eventually Dwayne, that I was in very good hands. This teams understands that it is the ("positive") experience we create that keeps our customers coming back, From the get go, I found Karen, Jackie and Dwayne to be extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable, When I first net with Karen, she recommended a 7.5' by 15' unit based upon my description. It was uncanny how spot on she was, as this particular unit was perfect for my needs. Not only was it a perfect sized unit, but I was granted an initial 7-month discount, for which I am very grateful. My furniture and other items are well protected at Security Public Storage in San Ramon. The management team is always very efficient especially since I communicate with them mostly through e-mail.
