We thought he was very open and got right to the point with the visit! Looking forward to getting my tests done to see where we need to from here.

Dr. Blauer and his staff are super nice and very helpful. He spent a lot of time with me and never acted rushed. Dr. Blauer was also very thorough, which shows me that he really cares. When it came to making decisions, he gave me lots of great advice and many options and then let me choose the course I felt comfortable with. He never made me feel pressured. He is very positive, considerate, and is definitely a doctor who really cares about his patients.

My experience was pleasant and he seemed well informed and professional, yet caring.

The care and concern from the staff made all the difference from the last office we used. Personally, I needed that extra touch with my care.

Dr. Blauer is compassionate and knowledgable. I always leave feeling optimistic about my prospects.

Dr. Blauer was very thorough. I was pleasantly surprised at how aware he seemed to be of the realities of our real life situation, not just our physical presentation, as not all doctors seem to be (especially not specialists). He was very good to help us see all our options and give us a few pointers for making gentle changes. He was friendly and helpful and gave us guidance and renewed hope.

So far I have had a great experience.

We were not greeted when we arrived at our first appointment. I thought it was a little odd the receptionist was on the phone and did not acknowledge us and it took us about 1-2 minutes to realize we were supposed to just check ourselves in on the computer. We waited about 45 minutes in Dr. Blauer's office, as he was running late, but the care, concern and time he spent after that was well worth it.

Dr Blauer and Dr Heiner and all the medical staff were all fantastic always! Very personable and caring! We were always made to feel like RCC was part of our family and that they were truly invested in our health and success!

Dr. Blauer and his RN were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. His initial interview and history was in depth and meticulous.

Very proffesional. Went out of his way to cover all our information so he could make the best decision possible.

I am a new patient and have only been to the office once, but I had a great experience with their staff. Dr. Blauer's nurse was so friendly and wanted to be sure we undestood everything before we left. I do not have much of an opinion after that as we have not had a follow-up to discuss a diagnosis or options, but I am hopeful this office will be helpful due to their first impression.

Dr. Blauer and the whole staff were wonderful. We had a great experience working with them. The only thing we would joke about was how realistic or sometimes pessimistic Dr. B seemed to be. He was always very nice but some of his comments and statements made it seem like we were a hopeless case and to not get too hopeful even when test results came back better than expected (we did have previous failed cycles at a different clinic so it's understandable). Even when we got our positive pregnancy result there was always a 'something could happen' type of feeling especially when he told us we had an increased chance of miscarriage, and 'let us make sure we see the heartbeat in a week', etc. Still, we appreciated him not sugar coating things but I would also appreciate some optimism about our success. Compared to the previous clinic we were at, Dr. B was more willing to be aggressive and prescribe medications that would help stabilize my levels, etc. which ultimately improved our results I believe. He also thoroughly answered any questions I had, he knows what he is talking about. All in all though I would highly recommend Dr. B and the RCC. It was clean, friendly, everyone was happy to help and the best part, we are now pregnant!
