We are very pleased with the Medsource office in New Berlin, WI. Caitlin Jacobson is very professional, knowledgeable & always returns phone calls in a timely manner.

Often times the positive perspective isn't shared. I'd like to share some that come to me specifically as the Director from our gracious patients. We certainly aren't perfect, we strive to give our best effort to serve our patients:

I had a patient by the name of "FB". He stated that he was so grateful for the service you provided and wanted to thank you for being so patient, and caring about his well being!

I have never had a worse experience. This company sent the wrong supplies and after telling me they would send a mailer to return them did not and then told me they no longer provide return mailers even if the error was theirs. Then they told me I could not even return the items for credit because it was over 30 days (which was their fault). They are still trying to bill me $256 for something I did not ask for and cannot use! Worst company ever! Do not do business with these thieves!
