I'm a young, single female. When something goes wrong on my A-5 I start to hyperventilate not only because I need a working car but because I don't want to get ripped off. The first time I went to ICC I needed my baby cleaned or detailed. They only charged my $100 and I drove away and have never had a cleaner more beautiful car since I bought it! That wasn't what made my day though. My bumper had gotten ripped off when parking and they re-attached it!! For free!! I died!!



Today I had to bring in the A-5 because my window fell into my door. Angel was SUUUPER friendly on the phone when I called this morning and gave me a rough estimate, then called me back after researching some more to give me a real estimate on parts and labor. When I got there I was greeted by Angel, who was still super friendly, and I'm pretty sure he had been there over 8 hours when I got there. Andrew and Bryce, the mechanic periodically checked in with me to tell me what was going on and how much longer it would take.

They fixed my window for half of what he originally quoted and were still SUPER FRIENDLY!!

I'll never go anywhere else.

I worked for ICC ten years ago and was impressed with the quality. In the business many techs say he's they are the hardest to work for, but these are the techs that like to cut corners. Being in the business and even a competitor at times with ICC, I accord them the highest honors in the business. They are only one of two body shops I recommend in Orange County. I am a retired Technician and I just had my car fixed by them because I know they do not cut corners. If you drive a nice car and you got a wreck you better get it over to ICC or you will get sub standard work. I have seen it all and I know what I am talking about.

ICC Collision did an amazing job on my Audi. It was pretty beat up when I brought it in from a collision with a truck and when I got it back it looked better than when I first bought it! They also vacuumed out the inside and washed it for me. They even gave me some extra touch up paint for any rock chips I might get!



Liz at the front desk was awesome too! She is such a sweetheart and was super helpful during the whole process. I also was able to talk to the owner a little bit about my car and he was extremely courteous and helpful.



Overall I had an amazing experience here and I will definitely be coming back to this repair shop in the future!

Very honest and fair shop. Sam the owner is always very accommodating and his prices come in very reasonable considering this is a high end shop. Highly recommended!

ICC did a fantastic job on repairing my 2006 H3 Hummer. Kudos to whoever does the hiring for ICC because everyone went out of their way to make sure it was as pleasant as an auto repair could be.

These people got it going on. Someone side-scraped my car and I had no insurance coverage. The door wouldn't even shut and I was driving my kid around with he door tied shut. I took it to a mechanic down the street from ICC and they said for $300-400 they would weld something onto the quarter panel and try to pop it back out. Car illiterate that I am, i could tell that wadn't gonna work.

The Manager of ICC took one look at it and said all it needed to function again was a new latch. Lo! He was right and we are safe again, though now as ugly on the outside as we were on the inside.Thanks ICC for saving me a lot, as a single Mom that means a great deal. I will return for the outside to be repaired when I save up the cash. Thank You.

I left my car at the Dealership and spoke to a very nice young gal by the name of Michileen, she told me my car would be taken to another place called ICC Collision Center. I never heard of them but she was very professional and I was at Crevier BMW so I figured it was ok. The next day I got a call from a gentleman by the name of Peter and he went over the work that he was going to do and told me what to expect. I was very impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff. A few days later I got a call from Michileen at the Dealership and she told me to come get my car. I had just gone to the doctor and couldn’t drive that day. I thought my car would take longer, it always does. She told me she would deliver my car to my home. An hour later she herself came to my home with the car and brought someone with her to take her back. I was so impressed by this whole experience I thought I would share it. These folks at ICC really went out of there way and made this whole car repair a wonderful experience. What nice people they are. I recommend this place and I never even been there. How about that?

Whats not to like....great front desk people(Liz and Audrey) My contact person, Angel, kept me in the loop every step of the way,the shop did great work,on time,got the car back washed,and cleaned,found my lost phone for me. Flawless service from drop off through pickup.I have dealt with a lot of shops over the years, ICC has never disappointed me, they always delight me...Go to ICC when you need body repair...they are the best...

The staff at ICC Collision were so super friendly! They did a GREAT job on my car when I got into a fender-bender. Car was fixed and like new within 1 week. They vacuum and detail the car too upon completion of the job. Will recommend them for any car repairs!

By far the best auto body shop in OC. I have gone to them for years! Any scratch, dent, and a couple of large wrecks they have done it all for me! I would recommend them to anyone! Highly highly good at what they do! Great price too! Easy, and fast auto body repair!!!! I love my BEEMER and I spend a lot keeping looking new so I wont just go anywhere, these guys are the experts. Thanks ICC, I love the way you guys vacuume the carpets, looks really cool, they do it in a pattern like a lawn??? Love it.

Sheri and I both rammed our cars into each other on our way to a party, can you believe that. Worse thing is I hit her. Yup rammed right into the rear of her car no brakes. My insurance shelled out over ten grand to get our cars fixed and of course hers was finished before mine. She got a rental covered by my insurance and I didn’t because dummy me doesn’t have rental car coverage. Oh well you guys fixed both our cars rather well, I mean they really look good and seem to drive the same so great reviews to you. Moral of the story, have rental car insurance and never follow your girlfriend to a party, if you wreck your ride take it to ICC and it will get fixed and look new again.

Went there for some minor body work, thanks to a referral from my mechanic, and overall the experience was great. The reception staff was very attentive. My estimate only took about 20 minutes total and they were able to set me up with an appointment the following week to complete the work. The work was completed in the time frame they estimated and they called with updates regularly. Upon pick up, they went over all the work completed in detail. Did I mention that the car looks as good as new too. What more do you really need from a body shop?

Just want to take the time to write a review about ICC..its definitely worth noting about the superb job they did on my car!! they are professional , honest, and kind..they even showed me pictures on the work they have done..impressive..left my garage door opener on the rental car and they deliver it back to me..talking about going the extra miles to help their customers.. i really appreciate it.. great job done.they give me a written guarantee on their work too... I'm totally happy..check them out guys..next time you need an auto body repair..truly happy about their service.they did a .great job!!thank you so much ICC.

The service staff were very friendly, my car repairs were done quickly, they returned the car sparkling inside and out, and all the repairs look fantastic. Plus, since they are connected with my insurance company, anything additional just went directly between them, saving me a time consuming step. I'm completely satisfied, and my car looks much better than it did even before it was backed into in a parking lot.

I was in a recent accident and went to ICC for repairs. They were great. Liz at ICC kept in contact with me about the progress of my car and I am not sure I would have gotten that anywhere else. If there any problems, I was called and I still got my car within the estimated time. Liz and the whole team at ICC are great. I would recommend ICC if you need auto repairs.
