This was by far the best customer service I've received when having work done on my car. Everyone was very friendly and worked hard to help me find a less expensive solution. Exceeded my expectations and I will definitely recommend this shop next time a friend needs a repair.

Had a terrible time with this company. I asked for one service and was quoted a specific amount. When I went to pick it up, they informed me that they would need it over night (without calling). The next morning I called and they said there was another issue with the steering and it wouldn't be ready until that afternoon. I came and waited for over an hour for them to finish and then paid a ridiculous amount of money for the services provided. There are many auto shops in Santa Barbara so avoid this one.
