I wanted to comment on a service request made earlier this week regarding the drainage issue at Apt. B. Terry, your on-call serviceman was a complete delight. Not only was he responsive and prompt, but thorough as well. You have a definite gem in that man and he should be commended on his work.



If ever there is an employee who should be recognized for his quality of work and is a shining example of what “customer service” is about…it is Terry from Wolfe and Associates. Thank you for a job well done with our properties.

Wolfe and Associates and crew are like the Supermen of property managers. Except that instead of heat vision you can make a bunch of stuff happen! And you don’t have the ability to fly, or at least not that I’m aware of.

I had spoken with someone in the office earlier in the morning about a leaking pipe, and when i got back home late this evening the problem was fixed, beautifully done.
