Always a great visit easy and i get so much information about my eye when i come in. I've been coming since i was 15 year of age, always feel comfortable and trust their knowledge

The customer service was excellent! The staff was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I loved that they worked with my insurance and within my budget. I would highly recommend this office!

Dr. Pimienta and his staff provide an "old style" appointment experience combined with the best of modern technology and approach. From the moment you enter the door, the entire office works together to ensure that you know what you need to do, where to go and what is coming next. Wait times are minimal and the overall experience is welcoming and positive.

i was expecting a typical dr appointment. I didn't get that - I got a tour when I came in, introduced to everybody, and even a welcome new-patient bag. Totally pleasant surprise! But aside from niceties, the office is clean and professional and everybody definitely knows their stuff. They even helped me evaluate what problems I was looking to solve based on personal importance, rather than assuming what I was here to have fixed. Definitely recommend!

I was not expecting the exceptional level of service that I received at this office. I didn't even know that this level of care and commitment to a vision patient's experience existed! We started with a tour of the staff and facilities. All of the staff and Dr Pimienta were wonderful and took the time to listen to any and all concerns I had. After the exam I felt like I took forever to make a frame choice but they were so patient and helpful.

I will absolutely be back when the time comes.

A quiet, calm office. I am comfortable bringing my family of 7 for vision checkups & glasses every year for the past 7 years. Great staff. Friendly. Great frame selection. I recommend this to everyone.

My eye sight was checked first by a machine and then checked manually by Dr Pimienta. I appreciate the double checking to ensure accurate results. Dr. Primienta took the time to answer my questions. His staff was very professional.
