I bought a TTS from Auto House. Best car ever.

I couldn't be happier with the experience I had buying a car from Auto House USA. I found the car I wanted using an 3rd party auto search site and contacted the dealership. They accepted my deposit and held the car for several days until I could fly up from Atlantic City to Boston. In the meantime, they worked with my credit union to make sure we had all of the paperwork we needed to complete the deal. Muhammed, one of the salesmen, picked me up from the airport, saving me time and money, and he even took me to the local bank to take out the extra cash I needed for the vehicle purchase. Jason was a very warm and friendly person and made the process very simple. One staff member was even nice enough to remove a sticker placed on the car by the previous owner, and was more than happy to do so. All in all, I cannot say enough positive things about Auto House USA. From start to finish, I was completely satisfied!

I would like to thank Mohammed Denny and all the people that helped me with my purchase. I bought a 2004 BMW 325i from Auto House last month and I very happy. This is a great place to do business. You will be happy with the service that they provide.

I purchased a BMW X5 a few months ago from Auto House USA and I couldn't have asked for a better experience when buying a car. It was sold at a fair price, the staff was beyond helpful and financing the car was a breeze. Mike and his team really know how to handle their sales! I would recommend Auto House USA to anyone trying to buy a used, well maintained car.

I bought my CRV in February from AutoHouse. Everything was easy, the people were nice and I got an amazing car at a great bargain. I recently had a problem with my car and they helped me resolve it no problem. I would recommend AutoHouse to anybody looking for a quality vehicle and great customer service.

Very happy with the deal my daughter got at autohouse. She purchased her first vehicle after college and they made the process quick and painless. On top of the service Jason provided, her loan was approved in hours and the 2011 Ford Focus is a gem.

My experience with this place was very good, the car I bought was a Subaru that my wife and I, we both love it. The trained staff and office environment are really helpful, cool and friendly, and they gave us great advice how to choose our car and insurance. I always recommend them to all of my colleagues at work and to my friends and neighbors when somebody is looking for a good, respected and trusted dealer.

I could not afford the warranty, so I didnt get one. However Autohouse still changed my tires entirely free of cost. I've never seen such warm and friendly customer care. Just one thing, you will be amazed how many cars they have in storage and its not easy to choose one yourself! But dont worry, they are so patient and walk you through all details. They have more cars that they advertise online, just go there and look at the deals in person. highly recommended.

I've bought many cars, (both new and used)and dealt with many dealers. This was by far the easiest! I had an idea of the kind of car I wanted and they had it! Took it for a test drive and loved the BMW x5. Bought the car and they took care of everything. There were no pressure, and didn't have to play games like you do with the big car dealers. Such a nice experience! I'm recommending my sister to buy her next car from them.

I recently bought an SUV from AutoHouse USA and I am absolutely thrilled. it had some scrathed rims that they made look like new & helped me get financed when no one else would. a few months after i took it home i hit a curb and blew a tire and bent a rim. They helped me get a new tire at their cost and sent me to a great repair place that charged 1/2 of what the Acura dealer wanted to charge for the same work! Its nice when you can go back to the place you bought the car and not get turned away. I plan to go back when next time.

absolutely no customer service skills or people skills in general. You are inconviencing them when you walk in the door to this place, and when they get your money theyre hands are washed with you...purchaced a vehicle from these scam artists and same story as everyone else on these reviews for them...the 86 point inspection is a joke and must have been performed by helen keller. they sold a car that would not pass inspection and had to keep sending the car to their mechanic for weeks at a time and explaining how much money that i had cost them and myself!! the finance manager "mike" will not hesitate to swear at you when you ask him a question he knows that he is wrong about. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!! read reviews and the overall atmosphere of this joint is creepy. they also " have the right to increase your interest rate"(they get kickbacks on how much they can gouge your rate up) reguargless of what you get approved for. listen in if they are dealing with another person about to get screwed sitting down at the finance desk, they talk about it outloud as if it is ok.**THEY MOST CERTAINLY ARE THE PEOPLE WRITING "THE GOOD" REVIEWS ON THEMSELVES!!! FOOLS

Be CAUTIOUS when purchasing a car here! I bought a 05 Honda Accord and when I went to go look at it, there were minor aesthetic things wrong, such as one of the knobs for the climate control was broken and minor scratches and a few small dents on the hood and roof of the car. When my boyfriend went to talk to him about the dents and scratches, he said it wasn't in his "interest" to fix it. That was the first red flag. Then, I wasn't even aware that they did the RMV stuff until I was signing the paperwork, and nor did they bother to tell me there was a hidden $199 "runner fee and PDI check" along with a "documentary preparation fee" which cost an additional $299. The Honda had an open recall and I had asked them that the next day they drop it off to the Honda dealership and have it fixed. The next day when I went there to ask if it was done and to finish some paperwork, they completely forgot and instead scheduled the car to be dropped off the next day. Then when I called the next day (because it seems they don't know how to pick up the phone and call the customer), they told me I could pick up the car that night. I went to pick it up and it had 1/4 tank of gas and one of the salesman said he'd get the registration tomorrow and that he'd email it to me. I drove home to show off the car to my family and realized that the detailing job was crap. There was still dog hair on the carpet behind the rear seats (and I don't own a dog). You could tell they didn't bother to wash the car. And someones idea of "cleaning" the window was simply by wiping a cloth across the area in front of the driver and no where else - the rest of the windshield looked like crap! There was still dirt everywhere between buttons and on the floors. Then, when I went to leave my familys house, the car wouldn't even START!!!! After just TWO hours of having the car! Thankfully, my boyfriend was able to jump start the car and the next morning he called them to tell them the battery needed to be replaced. They replaced it the next day with no hassle (thankfully) and when I went to check my email later that day, I realized he never bothered to email me the registration. I called them the next morning to tell them I need the registration to have the car inspected and the woman who answered the phone faxed it to me instead. Thankfully, the car passed inspection - but it was quite the headache to get the car and deal with people who don't bother to call the CUSTOMER for an update. They do have nice, flashy cars......but bring someone who KNOWS cars or they will do these little things that make purchasing a car there a HEADACHE!

We've all heard of bad experiences buying used/pre-owned cars. This was certainly not the case at AutoHouse in Saugus. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process, and had aggressive and transparent pricing. I am the happy owner of an 03 BMW 745i and I couldn't have had a better experience. Mike helped me through the entire transaction, dealing with my insurance company, bank, the RMV - everything. I was very thorough and somewhat demanding, and he was happy to answer all of my questions so that I was 110% satisfied.



If you want a great selection of cars, each with something special about them (in-demand colors, trims, features) - and you don't want to BS around with bait-and-switch or shady selling practices, check out AutoHouse. Even if they don't have exactly what you want right away, it would be worth it (in my view) to tell them what you are looking for and see what they can do. The service is just that good.

I had been on the market for a used Audi A6 for several weeks. After running into a series of unscrupulous dealers who tried to pull the old bait and switch on me, I had low expectations for Autohouse. I couldn't have found a more straitforward and honest used car dealer! The price listed was the price I paid! They even serviced the brakes on the car prior to selling it to me. I overpaid by a few hundred dollars because I overestimated the amount I owed the dealer in tax and registration charges. After driving the car off the lot, I was promised that I would be mailed a refund of the difference (they were out of checks). Within days, my refund arrived as promised. My car drives beautifully and I'm very pleased to do business with these guys. Ask for Brian- great guy. Tell him some guy named Kevin who bought an Audi A6 in April '09 gave him and his dealership rave reviews!!
