DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS! . The modern car dealership is fading for the far superior CarMax business model and this place is a perfect example of why that is true. Kenneth, my salesperson, lied about the price and condition when I test drove my car, then lied several times when we were completing the We Owe You (which means the things they will fix before delivery of your car). They did not properly satisfy the We Owe You and tried to get out of provisions in the contract after they cashed my $21,000 check until I personally came down there and spoke to a manager for a very long time until he realized they had to honor my contract. I called them several times with no responses from management. Fortunately, I have a degree in journalism and am taking the next step. I am currently writing an article on the death of the dealership citing my experiences at Carl Gregory of Savannah as the main example. I will link to the article as soon as it is finished. Again. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

Love my car I purchased in 2014 but the service dept needs some major customer service training. I couldn't take the poor service anymore and now drive to SC to another dealership for service.

This place and their Focus on customer service is AWESOME. ..whatever you need they will turn upside down to accommodate you - it does not even have to be on their lot.let them know what you want and they will do all they can to find it for you.Great Salespersons, Great Managers and Great Service.

Drove to the Dealership just expecting to look around.Been to a few of other places and I always had a bad experience with dealers being pushy.i was greeted and had a great time talking about the car I was interrested in.Ended up leaving with a new Car.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Dodge Durango and we love it.We have two Children and it's perfect for our family. The Vehicle rides great and it's easy to get in with our two little ones. Jessie was an awesome sales rep.He took his time and showed us a lot of different Vehicles and found something that fit our needs and budget. I highly recommend buying a car at CG.

Kenneth is an EXCELLENT sales rep.We told him over the phone what we wanted and he made it happen.I was set on black on black but he told me he did not have one. I was disappointed but then he said I have just the color for you : chocolate. He said, " you will love it ". HE was right.I fell in love with it.The color changes so it seems like I have a different car when the Sun hits it.I rarely let my Husband drive my new Chrysler 300.lol.Thank you Kenneth.

The Car buying Experience is usually annoying at best because there's always the Feeling in the back of your mind when dealing with most car salesmen that you're getting ripped off. I didn't feel that way with Carl Gregory. Both Jessie and Jack were very polite and patient and answered the multiple Questions that I had.Neither of them tried to pressure me into making a decision to soon, and did their best to make the Process as smooth as possible.

Just purchased a 2012 Mercedes Benz from CG.I was very pleased with the entire Process and the Staff that helped me out.
