Chris was very helpful and understanding of what type of vehicle I was looking for. When I arrived at the dealership, the car was ready for me to take on a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Danielle took the time to show us the features. They were very polite and patient. I would recommend Carl Gregory to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I delivered my vehicle to Carl Gregory around noon, after calling the day before to set up an appointment. I was told to just come in drop the car off, and we'll get you right on back! No one did anything, but take my keys and a contact number. I never recieved a call about my car, and now they have to keep it another day! It was bad enough she told me diagnostic fees was 105.00, then gave me and my husband a dirty look as if we could not pay. Only if I had some bit@h be gone spray! My mom and dad just purchased two cars from them, but I promise I will make sure no one buys anything else fron their! Man down until tommorow evening at the least.

The service department at this dealership is terrible!! First, they are not very friendly and when I explained to them that the gas light in my vehicle ONLY comes on when the hand hits empty, the guy said "Well, you do know that the light comes on when the gas is low?" NO, REALLY?

Secondly, they kept it for two days. First it was the fuel initiator that needed to be replaced, then after they replaced that, said that it was the fuel pump. Once I got my vehicle back, the gas light STILL did not come on until the hand was on empty.

NEVER, NEVER, EVER take your car here to be serviced.

I only gave them 1 star ONLY because 0 stars is not an option.

I was driving between the Florida Keys and Maryland, when all my gauges dropped to zero and all the dash lights came on. I went to Hoover Chrysler early the next morning, explained the problem to Sarah. She knew I was traveling and needed to be on the road quickly. They found the problem and I was back on the road by 10:00 am. The service was great, Sarah was very knowledgeable and efficient. I strongly recommend this dealership. They could have taken advantage of my situation, but didn't, leading me to believe they are an ethical business.
