Can anyone give advice, suggestions and questions to ask at my consultation? I am very skeptical and scared. I really need to know what to expect if I decide to have a procedure done. Customer service for setting up the phone appointment was nice.

I had my first appointment with Sonobello today. Even though I had done thorough research on my own, there is always a bit of apprehension when deciding to have any procedure done on yourself voluntarily. I have to say that Zee Kalamperovic (Patient Care Consultant) was incredible. She thoroughly explained everything, went through an assessment and then answered all of my questions.

I have to say, that if it was not for her and the way that she managed the entire situation, I do not think that I would have signed up for the procedure(s). She is the definition of what customer service and customer consulting is all about.

I would personally like to thank Zee for all of her assistance and “words of wisdom”. I am excited to have scheduled my appointment and am looking forward to having the procedure more than ever.

My entire experience at Sono Bello in Schaumburg was a great one! Every aspect of my interactions with them was top notch. Great demeanor by all the staff, a fantastic doctor (Dr Flagg) who did my procedure, all my questions were answered and I was made to feel comfortable, cared about and cared for every step of the way. The follow up care and most of all the great results make this place "highly recommended" for me!
