Robert was very helpful, patient, NOT PUSHY, kind and prompt with getting back with me. Also, he researched info that I asked for to help me make my decision on the right car.

This is by far the worst car dealership I have ever done business with. They have done nothing but lie, make false promises that they never intend on fulfilling and when called on their dishonesty, they are rude and dismissive. DON'T SHOP HERE if you know what's good for you.

TL;DR: Good luck if you have an issue with Mark Kia. They damaged my car and promised my rental car would be covered. They reimbursed me for neither. They lied to me and flat out ignored me for five months. There is never a check on Monday. They'd rather call the police on anyone dissatisfied with their service than provide actual customer service. They've even threatened me with physical violence, heckled and sworn at me, and made false claims about me to Scottsdale police in attempt to have me falsely arrested. Avoid Mark Kia at all costs.

Felt to much pressure on purchasing the vehicle

Very satisfied with my experience at Mark Kia the sales team and finance department was very kind to us. My son was getting restless and the team at Mark Kia did everything they could to keep him entertained while we worked out our deal for our certified pre-owned Kia Sorrento. Joseph Perez, Jacob Delaney, Mike Boyle and Chad in finance did everything they could to find the best deal that made sense for my family. I am very pleased and I will be doing business with them again.

Everyone was great to work with! Angel was very knowledgable and answered any and all questions I had. The process was quick from getting approved through working with the finance department. I couldn't have hoped for a better car buying experience!

It was a very pleasant experience. I came in knowing which car I wanted and the buying process was pretty smooth. The finance associate was great in walking me through the loan process and the employee who released the car to me really put the icing on the cake. He was almost excited as I was about having a new car and celebrated with us.
