I want to take the time and thank the team at Mark Kia for not only giving me a fantastic deal on a 2011 Hyundai Sonata but also for providing a wonderful customer service experience. I want to personally thank Barry and Richard for getting the deal done as well as Nathan in the service department for their professionalism. Great job all around! We've purchased a Sorento from Mark Kia in the past the the exceptional service and general follow through is what brought us back again. As before, our experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff is always personable and the outcome of our dealings with the team here at Mark Kia is what will keep us coming back.

Nemo took a long time to do even simple processes. He reaked of alcohal, and seemed out of it. If there was a nother sales men available to work with I would of wrather been switched.

When we walked on the lot we were instantly greeted and Bobby O'Donnell came out to help us. We initally came in for a mini coup and Bobby was so willing to help and was a great non- pressure sales person. We left to shop other lots and realized that this lot was the best. We came back and actually bought a Pontiac G6 and Bobby was with us the whole way through. He was great at helping with what kind of car we wanted to the pricing and helped get us the best deal. Everyone who works here treated us so kindly and gave us geniune customer service. Thank you bobby!

Eric was very wonderful in helping us select a car. We ended up with not the car we had planned to look at but a new "Soul Plus" which they were able to get us in our budget. He was able to answer all our questions about safety and fuel ratings which are very inportant to us.

Few things to mention;

The mobile link could use some work- the milage on the cars aren't listed with the vehicle that's important otherwise will move on to the next dealership who list the milage, espeially if your driving around looking.

Initally came it to see a car that we saw on-line after IM with Kristen only to arrive and find out already had another customer deposit on that car from the night before. Kristen should have been able to see the "hold" on the car and let us know at the time of the the messaging.

Need a more effectient way of tracking vehicles within the lot.Salesmen should now on their computer exactly where cars are at all times. One car should have been on the roof, but was moved in the time Eric found it and we got there.The car we ended up buying was the shop "loaner" but listed for sale, but was loaned out to another customer.If things aren't on the lot the salesman should know where they are at all times.

Eric is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had the best experience buying this vehicle. I will recommend Mark Kia and Eric to my friends and associates.

They worked very well with me on making sure eveything is squared away for when I register it in Texas, they also double checked and got me a lower payment.

Fantastic in every aspect!

Bought a used car, not sure how it will work out with the car, but Bobby was a pleasure to work with. He was very professional and did what he could to assist me on the purchase. Will definitely recommend him to anyone I know in the future looking for a car.
