Jessica has been a life line to help with understanding pre-surgery. Post surgery, she was there to help understand why I was having pain and how to navigate thru post surgery.

Dr. Crooks is a very intelligent provider. He was very caring and understanding and took his time with my evaluation. It was refreshing to have a provider that listened and made sure that I was able to understand my diagnosis and treatment options. One of the best doctors I have seen in all the years I have dealt with chronic pain.

I woud definitely recommend Pinnacle Pain to anyone who asked

Was referred to Dr. Crooks after having bulged a disc. After two extremely easy and non-invasive proceedures, my spine health is greatly improved and I have my normal life back. Thank you Dr. Crooks!

DR Crooks, and his Nurse practitioners Jessica B and Emma D are amzing they take the time to listin to what is going on with your pain, very knowledgeable, everyone at the office is every caring. from MA's to the Front Desk girls.

Dr Crooks is a magician with his injections. Whatever is hurting, he knows what to do. And the front office staff is so friendly, I love them all
