Large Mexican restaurant that is famous for their homemade tortillas made fresh daily. The special tortilla of the day is brought out with chips and salsa. Ours happened to be a potato tortilla served piping hot with a garlic and herb butter. To say we couldn't get enough of the tortillas is an understatement. We also devoured their chorizo fondu for our appetizer and would hand down get it again.

Yum! And awesome atmosphere. Try to sit near the water fountain out back. I had the guac and fish tacos. Everything was great. Only complaint is they brought the guac and entree at the same time. Would've been good to pace.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and food was good too! Platinum margarita is a must. The homemade tortillas are very good, as they should be here. Good for large parties. Sit on the patio and enjoy.

The measure of a great Mexican restaurant isn't how good their margaritas are, how good their chips and salsa are, or even how good their main courses are. I measure a Mexican restaurant on how good, and how authentic their flan is. The Tortilla Factory passes this test with outstanding flan. Great presentation, great taste, great texture. All around an authentic dessert. Everything else passes the test with flying colors. Great food, great drinks, great staff, great outside seating (including misters to keep you cool).

A group of us found this place on trip advisor. Although some reviews were not stellar we still decided to go. The service was great. The tortillas chips dip and guacamole were tasty and the food suggestions from the waitress were perfect. The atmosphere sitting outside with the perfect weather was great. I would suggest this place!

Amazing night out! Great atmosphere, delicious food, and outstanding service! Not your typical Mexican food... upscale, unique dinner options! Our group dined on Mahi Mahi tacos; make your own tacos with steak, chicken, and shrimp; pork chop with chipotle raspberry sauce; shrimp salad; and tortilla soup. Homemade tortillas were a special treat!! Will definitely come back!!

We were here for a week and visited Old Town Tortilla Factory twice for dinner. We loved the ambiance inside and out. Connor and Shane were wonderful waiters and the quality and amount of food received was amazing!! Highly recommend, of course!!

The tortillas and flavors are amazing. From the salsa to the meat. Not to mention the patio is amaze balls.

This place is my absolute favorite restaurant to go in Old Town Scottsdale! The food and ambiance are amazing, but what keeps me coming back every time is the service. Next time you stop by, ask for Mary, Nicole, or Brooke to serve your table!!

The salsa for the chips was amazing my mom couldn't stop eating it. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Loved the outdoor patio with the misters. The service was also great

Now this is the meal I've been looking forward to. Great ambiance, decor, and food! We enjoyed a massive basket of chips with a tomato based salsa, it had nice chunks of onion and jalapeno, perfectly seasoned and just the right amount of salt. For the main entree, I ordered the green enchiladas. Presentation was on point. Three chicken and cheese filled enchiladas topped with spoonful of sour cream took up half the square plate with beans and rice filling in the rest. Serious flavor points!

We expected Mexican but got something more like Cal Mex or someones poor vesion of Mexican. Mexican food was designed for poor people but the prices were certainly not inline with this. They even charge $5.00 for chips and salsa. We will not be going back any time soon.

The atmosphere is wonderful-very romantic especially outside. The food was great and I drank the best margarita I have ever had. Service was excellent. I can't wait to go again!
